Excellent stay in this hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Location is best in the centre. Close to everything. All the staff members are helpful and have a smiling face and greet each and everyone passing by. Superb hotel.

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing considering the price they charge (around $180 a night). At reception, the staff weren't able to properly explain the services or answer basic questions, which created a bad first impression. The room didn't meet my expectations: the bed was very small and the television wasn't a Smart TV, something that should be standard in a hotel of this price range these days. The breakfast was very poor, with little variety and infrequent replenishment; when we arrived, there were only a few options left. Furthermore, the coffee wasn't fresh beans or good quality, which made the experience even worse. In short, it's a very expensive hotel for what it offers. I wouldn't recommend it and I'm unlikely to return.

I really don't understand the bad reviews here. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were large, modern, comfortable, and clean. The location is fantastic! Close to everything, yet quiet. We had two wonderful nights at the Almasur Express Hotel.

Very friendly staff. You can refill your water bottle all day. The price/performance ratio is excellent for us. The restaurant next door at Almasur is very good, with fresh fish and attentive service. Highly recommended!

The rooms are okay, except for the bathroom. The grout is in bad shape and there's mold in some places. Unfortunately, the service isn't very competent and the reception is often unattended. Despite repeated inquiries, they usually couldn't provide any information. The Wi-Fi is rather unreliable.

I stayed in a budget double room for two nights (one king-size bed). The hotel is very close to Plaza de Armas, and there are supermarkets nearby. The room was just the right size for two people. It had been recently renovated and was clean and warm. Each person was provided with two pillows, and the bedding was clean. The bathroom had heating, which was great. The shower area was separate from the toilet. The provided shampoo and shower gel were excellent, and the water temperature and pressure were good. The wall-mounted hairdryer was also new. The hotel's Wi-Fi was excellent and fast. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but it can be added to the price. However, the timing wasn't right, so I didn't use it. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, which is very safe and convenient. The hotel provides a common area with coffee, tea bags, and hot and cold water dispensers – a wonderful and thoughtful service. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel is simple but nice, and everything is quite new. The bathroom and shower are spacious and clean. But the breakfast was the saddest breakfast I've ever been served in a hotel. You get two slices of ham, and that's it. Disappointing!
