Casa Ribera Hotel Providencia

The staff were excellent, very attentive and willing to help with any concerns. The rooms were a decent size but clean. The problem is that the main staircase is made of wood, and it creaks or scrapes a lot when going up or down between the second and third floors.

Casa Ribera is truly a home away from home where I would return to stay next time I am in Santiago. Located in the heart of the lovely Providencia, many cafes and restaurants as well as major bus routes and a subway line are within walking distance. Most importantly, the neighborhood is quiet and safe even at nighttime. The house itself is also a gem with friendly staff and comfortable amenities. If you are looking for a comfortable safe stay, look no further than this place!

I stayed at Casa Ribera this past August and I would like to thank the entire team who works there, as everyone is very welcoming, kind and helpful. The atmosphere is also very pleasant and cozy, the room was always clean, bed linen and towels were changed, the breakfast was delicious, always something different and homemade was served. The hotel's location is excellent, on a quiet street and very close to Avenida Providencia (about a 3-minute walk), a currency exchange, supermarket, metro station and tourist attractions. I would definitely stay at Casa Ribera again.

We were initially placed in a room with staff, but were later moved to another room where body wash and shampoo were missing, the window didn't close properly, and other details could be improved. It doesn't match the price/quality ratio.
