Excellent experience, great sound, good location

Excellent party venue! Great location and easy access. It has a lounge area on the second floor and a stunning entrance with mirrors and lights, perfect for taking impressive photos and videos for your social media. The staff and security were very attentive and friendly.

Drink specials, great atmosphere (depending on the theme of the day), good places for photos

The security guards are the worst, incredibly rude, defensive, and abusive. Completely uneducated. I'm never coming back.

Scam....My husband and I went to check out the nightclub (on the last day of our trip to Santiago) and at the entrance the attendant swiped my card twice on the Wise debit card, they told me it hadn't been approved (my mistake, I didn't check at the time), I swiped another card and it was approved (it was approved on the Wise card and on the other card I swiped as well). I got home and found out I had been charged twice, I contacted the establishment which replied the same day saying they hadn't received the payment via Wise, I contacted the bank which replied that the money had been withdrawn by the establishment. The club replied saying they hadn't withdrawn the money (but they did, I have the receipt), anyway, I have screenshots proving that I paid for the entrance twice, I couldn't stay in the country any longer to go to the Santiago police for support, as I returned to Brazil on Sunday. I sought help from my bank, Wise, which confirmed by email that the Club withdrew the money and did not return it to me, and that in order for the bank to intercede on my behalf, I would need a police report. After weeks of seeking help, the Brazilian police were unable to assist me, meaning I suffered a loss. The amount wasn't that large, but the trauma of being a tourist who was harmed simply for being a tourist remains. I conclude my review with a warning to potential tourists who wish to visit this place.

SCAM!!!!! Be CAREFUL. We looked at the house's rating and thought it would be trustworthy. IT IS NOT!! They use a technique to scam TOURISTS and CHARGE your entrance fee multiple times on the card. WE PAID FOUR TIMES. It went like this: At the entrance they charge in advance, we used the WISE card. They said the card didn't go through and asked for another one. Suspicious, we decided to check the app to see if everything was alright and it was… everything was ok at the time, but we later discovered that WISE allows your money to be reserved by the establishment for later withdrawal within 7 days. We contacted CLUB BERLÍN first and they stalled us saying they wouldn't take the reservation but they made the withdrawal two days later. Even though the refund was something simple, having photos and checking the transaction numbers proving that THE MONEY WAS WITHDRAWN, they kept inventing more and more complications. Unfortunately, the return trip was scheduled for the next day and we couldn't file a police report (carabineros). We tried contacting the bank, which claims they CANNOT do anything because they have no record of the incident. The only thing left for us to do is WARN people NOT TO GO to this place. They try to TAKE money all the time; at the bar, the bartender was AGAIN charging the WRONG price for drinks. He apologized for the "mistake." Completely dishonest.
