Movo Hotel

My stay was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent with many options, and the room service was quick and friendly. All the staff were very attentive and welcoming, and the bar and café were lovely. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I loved the experience; the hotel staff was very friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The facilities are comfortable. What I liked most were the pool and jacuzzi—excellent!

Just over an hour ago, we checked in, and after entering the room, all I wanted was to take a bath in the jacuzzi. When I opened the bathroom door, there was no jacuzzi as promised at reception; it was just a bathtub. So, I decided to take a bath, and there was no plug! Felipe, the manager on duty, finally sent a maid after 30 minutes with a dishwasher plug that didn't work. We asked Felipe if he could provide a solution, and reluctantly, he offered me a room in the same condition (without a plug). I requested to cancel our reservation, but Felipe refused to refund my money. I immediately requested to file a complaint, so I went to reception and asked for the complaint book. The manager on duty, with malicious intent, gave me a complaint book from 2024. I took photos of the complaint book and the condition of the bathroom, and through this complaint, I formally state my intention to leave without any financial compensation.

Check-in was very slow, but the hotel's location is excellent.

Terrible service at the restaurant. I wasn't staying at the hotel, and three different waiters asked me three times which room I was in. I was just there for breakfast, and they treated me like I was nothing. It's nothing like the one in Las Condes, where they're happy to welcome a customer.
