About this place Hotel Boutique Castillo Rojo

Hotel Boutique Castillo Rojo is a small, mainstream boutique hotel in a red turreted mansion on Calle Constitución, the street running through Bellavista on the Providencia side. It is listed here as gay-friendly; it is not a gay hotel. Reviews are strong and focus on the building, the staff and the location. Bellavista is where much of Santiago's gay nightlife sits, so the bars and clubs are a short walk away, as is the foot of Cerro San Cristóbal. The flip side is noise: the area is loud on weekend nights, so ask for a quieter room if you sleep lightly.

This place is perfect. It is a 100 year old castle with lots of charm. Staff was amazing. Free breakfast.

Excellent Hotel. A 100-year-old castle with many stories. Completely renovated. Pleasant atmosphere. I don't think it's good for children. But, for couples, it's ideal. Helpful and polite staff. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and has many restaurants. Morro Cristovão and the Pablo Neruda Foundation are just a few steps away.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the Bellavista neighborhood. Very nice, and they take care of every detail. The rooms are fabulous.

Hotels are all about the people. The bed, the breakfast, the amenities (everything here is very good) all matter, but...the people make the experience. High-quality resources. You can see the careful company policy behind it. I prefer it to the Mandarin Oriental or the Singular in terms of HR. The area is a bit noisy if you're a light sleeper. Everything at this hotel is excellent. I recommend it.
