Very dangerous hotel to stay at. Having traveled the world as a full time travel advisor owning my own travel agency, I stayed here after reading the great reviews. Unfortunately, I was robbed from inside the hotel not once but twice!!! It was an unbelievably terrible experience and managers did nothing to help. Despite my efforts to get my things back, I had a plane to catch but find my friends was showing my items were inside the hotel and the hotel was denying liability. Some hours later they sent me photos saying my things were in the sheets of the hotel and then I have waited months now over a year and never were my items replaced or was I monetarily compensated. They robbed me whilst I was eating dinner in the hotel restaurant as I was tired after my flight and had an early transfer the next morning to go to Atacama. I went to the airport missing any credit cards, ear pods, a drone and camera and cash all taken. The lack of effort at this hotel to fix the error which has happened in their premises was the worst I had ever experienced. It caused so much stress and they truly treated me not as a guest. I cannot recommend you or anyone you know stay here.

Excellent location. Clean rooms and very good bed. The staff at breakfast are good at their service, but very grumpy. The rest of the team is very good. Beautiful rooftop with a good restaurant.

I had a very short but sweet stay in Santiago. The hotel was lovely and Alanis on reception was superb (a great ambassador for the business). Pool and sauna a nice touch too.
