W Santiago
Visitors frequently praise the W Santiago for its exceptional and personal service, with staff often remembered by name and going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. However, some guests have experienced significant issues with noise from events on the fourth-floor terrace, with one group even having to leave after one night due to loud music.

Bad cocktail and dessert during a grad party.
I chose this hotel expecting the level of comfort, service, and attention to detail associated with a five-star property. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen well short of those expectations. To be fair, the staff have been consistently courteous, professional, and responsive. Every issue I raised was met with genuine willingness to help, and I would like to acknowledge their efforts. That said, the number of problems encountered during a single stay has been disappointing. These included unreliable internet access, a non-functioning television, and a room showing visible signs of wear and deterioration. While I was moved to another room, the overall experience continued to be affected by issues that should not arise in a hotel of this category. The most frustrating aspect has been the lack of sound insulation. At 10:00 PM, I could hear a live rock band with such clarity and volume that it felt as though the performance was taking place inside my room. After a demanding week of work and with an early start the following morning, getting a proper night's rest became virtually impossible. My disappointment stems not from a single incident, but from the accumulation of shortcomings throughout the week. A five-star hotel is judged not only by the kindness of its staff, but also by the consistency and quality of the guest experience. Regrettably, that standard was not met during my stay.
Very good, the only thing I don't like is that the pieces are very colorful; it's trying too hard to be modern, but it borders on ugly and inelegant.
W Santiago was a fantastic experience. The combination of great food, a lively atmosphere with the DJ playing and stunning views of the Andes made it feel like much more than just a meal. A stylish venue with a great energy that made for a memorable evening in the city.
