Great inexpensive place to stay in an upscale district of Cali.

It's well located and has reasonable prices. The stay was pleasant and the breakfasts are generous.

Very friendly and everything was spotless

We arrived at Hotel Aqua Granada in Cali around 1:00 PM and accepted to wait until the official check-in time at 3:00 PM. However, we were not given a room until 5:26 PM, more than two hours after check-in time. Before that, the front desk gave us keys to a room that was already occupied, with another guest’s belongings inside. This is a serious safety and privacy issue. Throughout the entire situation, the front desk receptionist showed extremely poor customer service, with no empathy, no sense of urgency, and no clear communication. An apology was offered only at the very end. Additionally, the photos advertised online are heavily edited and do not reflect the real condition of the hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

Excellent location, close to all the tourist attractions, easy to get around, delicious food, and very good service. The rooms are spacious with a kitchenette, microwave, and refrigerator, and very clean with daily housekeeping. Don't book through Despegar because they charge a commission; it's better to book through Booking.com or directly with the hotel.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Room 205 is uninhabitable; it has a terrible musty smell throughout. The bathroom isn't glass-enclosed as shown in the photos; it has a poorly hung and unsightly curtain. The receptionist initially gave me the keys to a room that was already occupied, and when I decided not to stay in that room, I asked for a refund, which they refused. We filed a formal complaint, and the response was, "We don't issue refunds. Why didn't I say 'cancel'?" It's a very expensive room in that condition, and if they were honest, they would refund my money since I didn't stay that night. They refused to change my room. I have pictures of the state of the room and witnesses who can attest to the strong musty smell. A terrible experience; I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly. The hotel itself wasn't bad, but it was a bit dated. We chose to stay there for the rooftop jacuzzi. It was dirty and cold. The room was as advertised. The internet was very unreliable. The jacuzzi was a major disappointment.

The location of this hotel is pretty good considering it only takes a short walk to reach some good restaurants and parks. Unfortunately, the hotel sits on a very busy street and the traffic noise is significant. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean and we received daily service. However, the room safe didn't work, nor did the microwave and the bed was extremely hard. They only provided the minimum of towels; no wash clothes and only one hand towel. My biggest disappointment was the rooftop spa and bar. The spa was cold, there was no bar service (at all) and even though we were told that they were fully booked, the rooftop was completely empty of guests and personnel. The good news is that the Marriott is directly across the street and they have a decent sushi restaurant and bar for convenience.

I attended an event in their auditorium. The staff was friendly and the service was respectful. I parked in one of the three bays outside; I don't know if there's parking inside.
