Excellent location in downtown Cali, easy access to points of interest: Bulevar del Río, Parque de las Piedras, ... Delicious buffet with aborrajados, a variety of fruits, cheeses, juices, breads, jams, calentado de blanquillos, ... Comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness, ... The staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful.

Excellent hotel with a prime location. The staff's service is truly incredible. I 100% recommend this hotel to any guest visiting Cali.

After a 3-week stay, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! At the beginning I had some issues with the shower basin being clogged and leaking all over the bathroom, creating a smelly situation. They moved me to a new room. I think they should have a plumber come regularly to do preventative maintenance, as the sink in the new room was clogged. They fix things immediately, but plumbing is a big deal. The other area of improvement is stale bread. Just touch it. Make sure it isn’t hard before serving it! Why 5-stars? It’s an AMAZING value! I paid around USD $65. Beds are very comfortable. Nice linens. Housekeeping is impeccable! They come DAILY and the place is spotless. The decor is unique in every room, but lovely. WiFi works great! Perfect for business clients. I LOVED my balcony with a view of the Cali river and 3 crosses mountain. The location is PERFECT! I am a solo female and I walked everywhere! You can EASILY walk to Granada, Peñon, or San Antonio. You can walk 2 minutes and be salsa dancing at Calle de Sabor or along the riverwalk. In 10 minutes, there’s a luxury grocery store called Cañaveral. I walked to Topa Topanga, as it was 900m. In fact, I checked out some of the other luxury hotels and I would still prefer this one based on the central location. It’s perfectly safe. Customer service is EXEMPLARY! Marcella, Tatiana, Kimberlyn… they extended my stay again and again! And no funny business with the rate: they kept it the same. The breakfast is unlimited. The rooftop is lovely and I enjoyed the cocktails. I never made it into the jacuzzi, but perhaps when I visit again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very good experience overall. The staff is very friendly, always professional, and very attentive. The view from the rooftop bar is lovely, and they have a jacuzzi and a Turkish bath. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I wasn't entirely happy with the location, but it's close to many important places.
