Casa Sileo - Boutique Hotel

Would give 0 stars if I could. From the moment I arrived the internet was absolutely terrible. I needed to do some work and do an important business call about an hour after arriving. I told who I think is the owner the internet was extremely slow, like unusably slow, to even load Gmail took a few minutes, GMAIL! He said he would restart the router and clearly he never did. I came back from doing a few errands and he was nowhere to be found. Texted him with no response. I basically had to yell in the center of the hotel to get him to come down and do anything . Then he wants to argue with me like it's somehow my fault which is the typical response nowadays. No accountability. When he comes to the room to test it finally he realizes oh yeah it's not working right. Then he moves me to another room so I have to waste more time doing that. The internet initially seems to be working better but there still odd loading issues. I was so starving I had to go eat. When I get back I try to again do the work I wasn't able to do earlier. Internt back to extremely slow again. Tested at less than 1bp download and upload. At this point I decided I have to check out. I've been here a grand total of 3 hours and all Ive done is mess with internet and waste my time. Forget to mention try to plug my firestick in the tv to watch some American football (something I do everywhere I stay in Cali with no problem) the whole screen is red and hdmi imports don't work. Absolute joke this place. The owners response to all of this is to give me a 50 percent refund, not 100 percent. What a shame and a joke you are. I couldn't waste any more time so I walked out with no refund. Stay far away from this place. Oh and it's not quiet, can hear constant motorcycles in room 2 and 5 and I'm sure many others. One street it's on is a cut thought street from a major street in Cali. Horrible

This place is wonderful and beautiful. The location is phenomenal and super quiet. But the most incredible thing is the owner's hospitality. Highly recommended.

We love it! Every time we go to Cali we stay there. Great location, great sleep, Andrea and Kelly's service is super friendly and it feels like being with family. Highly recommended! 👍

Excellent! I loved this place, I would come back a thousand times. It's truly beautiful, clean, and the service is impeccable. I'm also in love with the fountain with fish and the tranquility of the place.

I love places that make me feel at home, and this beautiful boutique hotel was no exception. I traveled with my parents, my boyfriend, and my dog. We had a very comfortable and well-cared-for week, and every time I return to Cali, I'll stay here. Thank you to Andrea and Karen for being such wonderful hosts! ❣️

A spectacular and welcoming house, run by its owners Andrea, Kelly, Gaia, and their very attentive staff. They make you feel right at home. I would return every time I travel to Cali. 😍😍
