It could be much better. Dirty pools, too crowded, and the rooms and pools need maintenance. 3/10
The hotel is terrible. The sheets are torn, the rooms look like cheap hostels and are quite dirty, the food is mediocre, and everything is overpriced for what they offer. The strangest thing is that despite all this, they don't allow any outside food or drinks. The only redeeming feature is the children's pool, because there's a guy who's constantly bothering everyone and blowing a whistle. The pools close at 9 pm and the water slides are disabled at 5 pm. I recommend people avoid this hotel altogether.
This hotel has a lot of room for improvement. I would only recommend it for an emergency or on a very tight budget because the quality of its facilities leaves much to be desired. Starting with the pool, the hours are fine (9 am-9 pm), however, the pool is noticeably unclean. Throughout my stay, I didn't see any maintenance, and the water was cloudy. Furthermore, the rooms are very basic, but that doesn't excuse their neglect. The sheets were stained, the towels had a strange smell, and the bathroom was a bit dirty in the shower. The lock didn't work, and the wardrobe didn't have a handle. The nightstand drawer was broken, and worst of all, the room couldn't be locked from the outside; it could only be secured from the inside. Finally, the prices at the cafeteria are quite expensive for the quality of the hotel. I don't recommend this place except in an extreme emergency.
