We were very well received!!! Rooms with a privileged view of the river! We fell asleep to the sound of the river!

The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. They attended to and supported us with our needs. The room was very spacious and comfortable; it had a spectacular and relaxing river view. It's very well located, just a few minutes from the train station and close to bars and restaurants. Breakfast is served from 5:00 a.m. for those with early morning activities, and the view from the restaurant is simply beautiful and spectacular. Definitely recommended if you're visiting Machu Picchu Pueblo.

Highly recommend this hotel! The environment is clean and tidy, and the owner is very nice! Most importantly, the windows are airtight, completely blocking out outside noise!! There's even a refrigerator in the room! It's fantastic! 👏

The owner provided excellent service, and the staff were very nice and willing to help us solve any problems. Although the room wasn't that new, it wasn't too noisy because it was located by the river and the hotel used airtight windows.

We made a reservation at this hotel over 6 months ago and thought everything was fine. When we arrived (with suitcases and backpacks), we were informed that there were no more rooms available (?). The receptionist, who I believe is the owner, took us on foot to another hotel (without a window, even though we had chosen one with a view initially) and with a very bad breakfast. In other words, don't trust them! It's absurd that they don't respect a reservation that was made months ago!

Something that always stood out in every place we visited was the service, and here we were treated with great hospitality. We arrived before check-in and they offered to store our luggage. The room with a river view was on another level; the sound of the river in the background was so soothing that we slept like babies. And the breakfast was simply delicious. From the moment we arrived until we left, we had a wonderful experience here. When we return, this is definitely the hotel where we'll stay again.
