Good service and treatment, I'm not giving it 5 because the elevator was broken, otherwise everything was very good, good access to arrive in the early morning.
155 SOLES FOR THE ROOM! Absolutely a rip-off. Let me tell you, the room was worth that price, which, of course, I didn't accept. The TV was smaller than 30 inches, and not even close to the current models. The bed was just an ordinary one, the kind you can find at home without spending a fortune. And, well, what every hotel bathroom should be: clean. Beyond that, nothing special. Plus, I requested it at midnight. Honestly, the price was outrageous. I could justify the price because of the room itself, but honestly, it was very basic. Something you'd expect from a regular, basic room. I think the price increase might be due to the district, but it's not worth it. Besides, it's in a scary area, so you have to be careful going there. I'd say the room should cost a maximum of 80 soles, per day, of course. Because it offers nothing out of the ordinary, no premium touches, and no nice views. Rating: 2/10.
Excellent hotel, very good service, lovely rooms, I recommend it 100%. The staff is fantastic. If I were to return, I would as often as I could.
The hotel is very basic but very clean and has a great location. Both doormen were extremely friendly and professional, definitely one of the best things about the hotel. We would stay here again if we were looking for good value for money.
Nice hotel, average, nothing spectacular, but not a nightmare either. I didn't like the whole paperwork thing at all; my girlfriend's ID wasn't enough; they absolutely wanted my passport too. Luckily, I had the photo and they accepted it, otherwise I don't know what would have happened; maybe they even wanted my birth certificate. 📄🙄 The room, however, was well-maintained, tidy, and clean; no complaints about that. 👌🏻 The shower, the usual hotel mystery: two knobs, hot and cold water, but getting them to work at the same time seems like an engineering exam. The hot water took forever to arrive, practically a pilgrimage. Apparently, there's no rapid boiler with active recirculation, and it's something that drives me crazy every time. 🚿🥶 Then the parking lot next door, practically a soundtrack included in the price: first a motorcycle making an insane amount of noise, then a car revving up, then a random alarm going off, then someone probably stuck with squeaky tires while someone else shouted directions. In short, a very quiet hotel, perfect for the deaf. 🔊 Come on, a fair price for a 6-hour afternoon, 80 soles, for what it costs, it's fair enough.
