All the staff were so helpful and friendly. They provided great recommendations for a sacred valley tour and coordinated luggage storage and pick up with our Inca trail tour company. The property is charming and well maintained, with the sacred valley providing a gorgeous backdrop. It's an easy walk from the hotel to the plaza de armas. The shower was hot, and with the room was a pleasant temperature - with a space heater and extra blankets if needed. I would happily stay again!

Very beautiful rooms it was a pleasure to stay here. It was close to the center, but far away that you had enough peace and quiet to enjoy the beautiful views. There is a fan and heater in the room to use because there is no central air or heat. It felt very historic while having everything you need for a great stay. The owners were very helpful carrying my bags housekeeping, ordering taxis as well as recommended places to eat. The breakfast was very good and there were eggs made to order fruit, coffee juice, tea, cereal, bread, toast, olives, fruit, and vegetables. I would definitely recommend anyone that wants a authentic experience to stay here.

During our stay, there was a group of teenagers staying at the same hotel, and despite asking them to be quiet and the hotel staff to ask them not to shout, no one listened, and we couldn't rest, even though we had a tour to Machu Picchu the next day. It's a disgrace; they shouldn't accept groups of students in the same accommodation where there are adults who aren't there to cause trouble but to experience the place and its impressive attractions. The recreation area is right below the rooms; it's truly unpleasant, and I wouldn't return.

Basic hotel, they should improve the rooms It's not even close to a 3-star hotel. When I say they should improve: 1) I couldn't shower due to lack of hot water. 2) There's no heating. 3) There's only one "3-in-1" dispenser in the shower. (I don't know if it's shampoo, soap, or conditioner.) 4) There's no TV in the room. 5) The breakfast was very "poor" compared to hotels with similar characteristics. I hope the reviews help them improve.
