A very cozy place with friendly staff, from the owners to the entire staff. It's very close to Ollantaytambo's plaza and within easy reach of the area's tourist attractions. It has a spacious patio where you can feel connected to nature and the majestic mountains. It also offers a good price-quality ratio.

It's a great spot to spend a night before taking an early train to Machu Picchu or after returning. A beautiful garden in the middle of the town surrounded by monumental mountains. Breakfast is served from 6 AM, but we couldn't make it because we had to take the 6:10 train. When we were leaving the hotel at 5:30, bagged breakfasts with sandwiches, juice, fruit, and snacks were waiting at the reception — what a lovely touch!

Staying at Hotel Lilium Valley was one of the highlights of our trip. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with so much warmth. We had booked one night, but at the last minute we needed to extend our stay, and they made it possible without any problem. The next day we went to Machu Picchu, but since we couldn’t find an entery ticket to Machu Picchu for the same day, we faced two difficult options: either return to Ollantaytambo same night and miss the chance to visit Machu Picchu, or stay in Aguas Calientes and visit it next day. We called the hotel to see if we could extend our stay for one more night. Jessie was very kind on the phone—although it wasn’t easy, she insisted that we should enjoy our journey without stress and that we should visit Machu Picchu, it's not a question. together with her husband they found a solution for us. Their generosity and care really made a difference in our trip. The hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful, set in an astonishing location surrounded by mountains, yet very easy to reach. It’s just a 15-minute walk to the train station and a 3-minute walk to the main square, where you find all the restaurants and shops. A beautiful playful dog and a lovely cat are also part of the hosting team, which adds to the charm of the place. We felt truly taken care of here, and we highly recommend Hotel Lilium Valley to anyone visiting Ollantaytambo.

Our family of six had a wonderful three-night stay at this hotel. It was peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and close to the village center and archaeological sites. I highly recommend it.

Excellent place to stay if you're visiting Machu Picchu, close to the train station. Highly recommended. Hot water and heating. Leo and the other staff were impeccable. They even prepared breakfast for us to take with us on the days we left very early.
