This hotel is hands down the best we’ve stayed at in Peru! If you want sounds of nature and beautiful stargazing from the bed. Also the receptionist Edith was amazing and her husbands chocolate is to die for. Come to this place if you want a great experience and great atmosphere

Staying at this lodge has been a genuinely peaceful and refreshing experience. The bedroom window opens up to a breathtaking view of the mountains—The window faces west, but even better, I imagine the sunrise behind me as the town awakens—so I’ll get a subtle glow from the horizon before the day really starts.. The gentle sound of the river below still provides a soothing backdrop as dusk settles in What makes it even more special is that it sits right at a midpoint on your journey to Machu Picchu—a perfect place to pause, reflect, and recharge. Though it’s a bit of a walk from the train station, the peace, cleanliness, and stunning setting make it a wonderful stop along the way.

A lovely, clean, comfortable and welcoming family run hotel in Ollantaytambo! Edith and Stijn were amazing, super friendly, left me a wonderful bagged breakfast to take to my early train. The hotel is up the hill from the center of town - a ten minute walk - if that - and nestled near the river. It was quiet. As a solo traveler, I felt completely comfortable and safe there!

Lovely inn on the Urubamba River. The rooms were clean and bright, although could have more storage space for toiletries. Going to sleep with the sound of the river is so relaxing! The homemade breakfast was delicious and they even offered boxed breakfasts if you have an early checkout. Overall, especially for the price, it’s hard to beat this beautiful and welcoming Inn in Ollytaytambo

A fantastic place to stay for exploring Ollantaytambo! We stayed for three days with our two children, ages 4 and 6. Breakfast was plentiful and always freshly prepared for us. The hosts were incredibly helpful and even arranged a wonderful llama trek for us. The accommodation is very close to the charming old town. The sound of the nearby stream blends perfectly with the mountain scenery.

Comfortable room, but a regular problem with hot water, and there's no water after 10 pm; apparently, the water is cut off in the neighborhood. Excellent breakfast: bowl of fresh fruit, yogurt, bread, scrambled eggs… The laundry service was disastrous: some clothes were poorly washed, others not at all, and there were detergent stains on some. Laundry was returned damp and not weighed… she weighed it afterward while it was still wet. Some of the laundry was left behind in the laundry room… the service promises dry, folded laundry: false! We found it damp and in a basin, all for the price (8 soles), double what a laundromat in town would cost (4 soles).

A fabulous stay! The rooms are located right by a river. Sleeping to the sound of the water is an incredible experience. Edith is an extremely kind host who waited for me in the evening when I arrived late. The breakfast is organic with fresh, homemade products. I highly recommend it!
