Large, comfortable room, everything clean and a pleasant atmosphere

I have always stayed at GHL hotels during my trips across South America, and the quality has consistently been excellent. Unfortunately, since there are no GHL hotels in Uruguay, I decided to stay at a Wyndham property instead, but the experience has been truly disappointing. The rooms are unpleasant, poorly maintained, and feel dirty. The doors are badly painted, and the views leave a lot to be desired. I honestly cannot believe that a brand like Wyndham allows hotels with these standards, or it even makes me wonder if all of your hotels offer a similar experience. I understand that I chose a budget-friendly plan because my trip is short, but I never expected such a significant difference in the quality and presentation of the rooms. In addition, I was surprised by the lack of basic hospitality services that usually help define a hotel experience, such as bell service or even a complimentary welcome drink. It is extremely disappointing that a hotel in these conditions is categorized with stars, as the overall experience is far below what one would expect from a recognized international chain.

I attended a discussion that took place right there. The catering was excellent, as was the staff's helpfulness.

The hotel is very nice, well located, with a lovely pool, and the breakfast is good... We left the car on the street... and the bad thing is that they transferred us to another hotel, and we had to return to this one for breakfast and the pool...

It offers great value for money in a hotel, the coffee is very good, I recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is good, but the breakfast leaves something to be desired; every day it's always the same dishes with limited variety.
