West Hollywood's Halloween Carnaval, 1987'de başladı ve Santa Monica Boulevard'daki gösterişli drag ve grup kostümleriyle ünlü, ABD'nin en büyük Cadılar Bayramı sokak partilerinden biri haline geldi. Bu bir Pride etkinliği değil, ancak şehrin Rainbow District'inin kalbinde gerçekleşiyor ve kalabalık ile kostümler, Cadılar Bayramı'nın olabileceği kadar queer.
Şimdi ne olduğunu net bir şekilde belirtin, çünkü küçüldü. Etkinlik, birkaç sahne ve ünlü sunucularla 2019 yılına kadar her yıl düzenlendi.
