Best Western Plus Cambridge Hotel

Clean room and the air conditioning was great. Shower was exceptional.

The bed was comfortable but the a/c fan was very loud and the toilet didn't flush. The TV reception was poor/ not a good picture

Very convenient location close to the 401, shopping, and restaurants. No parking charge, rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Free bottle of Naya water per person upon check-in. Travel-sized convenience items such as toothpaste are available free upon request. Free hot breakfast buffet in the morning is available and is good with plentiful selection.

Brutal staff and stay, confirmed with two separate staff the day before that i would be on the same floor as the rest of my group. Then when I checked in I was on a different floor. Don't confirm something twice if you are not going to follow through. Probably would have overlooked the very dated and dingy look, had they been able to follow through on promises. Very sour experience, would not stay here again. Lots of other options for you to stay elsewhere....if you are a group, I would book at another hotel in the area.

Stayed here for 6 days last week. Rooms are a little dated, but still comfortable. We had a water leak due to very heavy rain and this was resolved very quickly... Thank you Joanne. Facilities were good, great breakfast with many choices. What stood out was the staff, they were simply awesome, nothing was too much trouble. As above, BIG thank you to Joanne for everything you did to make our stay enjoyable.

The staff was very friendly and kind and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, pool and hot tub lovely. Close to restaurants and highway access.

my dad and i came from windsor to stay in cambridge for 3 days so we can visit the city and also go to kitchener/toronto at night and they had great pricing, lovely staff and clean rooms, would def visit again and i would recommend it for others to stay

We stayed in a mini suite type room that had a separate section with a couch, tv, mini fridge etc… which was quite nice. The toiletries provided were lovely. The room was very clean and tidy. We called the front desk needing extra towels and a blanket and they brought them up fairly quickly after that. The tv had wide variety of channels which was great and the internet worked well. My partner and I ended up having an issue unrelated to the hotel and Diane at the front desk went above and beyond to help us solve our problem. She was so cheerful and friendly and I can’t say enough about how helpful she was to us. She really saved the day! We would stay happily stay at this hotel again!

My wife and I stayed here as the price was very reasonable and the hotel had great reviews. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly and they also had complimentary breakfast, coffee, and filtered water. I will stay here again if I am back in the area.
