The Laundry Rooms - Cambridge

We stayed at the Laundry Rooms for our wedding at the Tapestry Hall just next door. The stay for us, as well as our families & friends could not have been more perfect! The suites are stunning and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Special thanks to Mandy for the extra special care she put into our stay. We appreciated all of your help. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Stayed here for a wedding at the mill. The location in the gaslight district was great, everything was easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

More of a short-term luxury condo rental in the best way. Amazing facility and location. Does take some time to check in online, download app, and setup device key.

Really beautiful. 24 2 bedroom condos for rent utilizing your phone as a key to gain access. Multiple dinning cuisine experiences. Food was fabulous. Service excellent. I'll be back in the summer. Right next to the theater.

George's customer service is fantastic!!! He explained everything and assisted when we needed him to. The unit was spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we need to cook all three meals. The amenities(shampoo, conditioner etc)smelled great. The living room was perfect for chatting and catching up. Thank you!

Excruciating experience getting ahold of someone. App doesn't allow to modify a booking, when calling you're told to go to the app and the call disconnects. Emails dont deliver. It shouldn't be that difficult.

We loved staying at The Laundry Room. It is in a great location (Gaslight District). Restaurants nearby and a quick walk to coffee shops or to walk along the scenic river area. Lots of room, well appointed spaces and comfortable bed with great linens. TV in the living area and bedroom. The only thing I would pay extra attention to is the check in process. Make sure you are IT friendly. This hotel is automated and you need to download apps and fill out a few forms. We did have a bit of extra work to do here, but there is a helpful number to text and get answers. All in all, we loved it!!!!

The bed was super comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and everything just worked seamlessly. What really sets The Laundry Rooms apart is how easy and stress-free the experience is. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of care into creating a stay that’s both practical and luxurious. Fantastic value for the quality, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and well-run place to stay.

This place was awwwessomeeee!! You get a full sized apartment for the same price and sometimes less than a hotel room. The views are spectacular. Tons of fun restaurants and activities around. There are a few negatives about this place. There is no live check-in - it’s all done through an email/app. If you lose your phone/your phone is dead you’re not getting into your room/building. The parking garage is also very confusing - more signage would be beneficial. We ended up walking around the whole lot/hotel to figure out where to go. This complex also doesn’t have a gym. But overall this place is beautiful once you get your landing of the place and the tech part. Worth every penny.
