A second visit to H3 confirms the excellent impression left during Montréal à Table: this restaurant perched on the upper floor of Humaniti is well worth the detour. The hushed, understated, and elegant ambiance is perfectly suited to the three-course tasting menu at $85, a generous offering that allows you to explore a beautiful diversity of textures and flavors. In the first course, the tuna tartare stood out for its impeccable freshness, enhanced by a lightly spiced mayonnaise and orange pearls that added a welcome touch of acidity, all on a bed of crispy puffed rice. Other dishes in this first round played on successful sweet and savory combinations, featuring red berries and creamy sauces. The rest of the meal maintained this level of quality: a piece of pearly white fish, coated in a tangy, saffron-hued sauce, was cooked with precision and delicacy. The highlight was undoubtedly the main course, a combination of perfectly seared beef, pan-seared foie gras, and truffled mashed potatoes—a beautifully orchestrated interplay of umami and refinement. For dessert, a composition of poached pears, crumbled meringues, and red berries brought the meal to a fresh and delightfully textured close. Fresh ingredients and attentive service: H3 confirms its status as a top restaurant in the city center, highly recommended for an evening with friends or a romantic dinner. Wonderful experience! My friends and I went on July 15th and had a very pleasant time. We ordered a few drinks, which were very good, and received quick and friendly service from our smiling waitress, Laurie. We will definitely be back!

Here is my review about this place. Decoration 9/10 the Decoration is nice modern, with a touch of high end. But there was chairs and table that needs repairs. Ambiance 9/10 it was during the beginning of the week so I imagine it gets better during Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. A lot of space good for family, dates and birthday so as business meeting. Service 10/10 the service was amazing and waiter, barmaid was very polite and suggest me good mucktails since I don't drink and my friend loved her drinks. Food 10/10 the food was very good better then I expected. Well prepare, tasty and nice presentation. Not to expensive. Cleanest 9/10 it was clean in the restaurant, tables were ok. Bathrooms needs a bit of maintenance. I do recommande this place look at the pictures

I would definitely get the tasting menu as one gets to taste many dishes and they're all delicious. Just make sure you have the appetite to eat it all! The service was great; not to full for a Friday night and the decor was nice too. I'd definitely go back and you should check it out too.

Total trainwreck. I dined here multiple times for breakfast while staying at the hotel and each day it was very clear there is understaffing at H3 as the wait times for food and turning tables is unnecessarily long. Though the staff are very kind, it’s clear that they are not set up for success leading to a stressful and unpleasant dining experience. Expect to wait a long time and feel pulled into the chaos of the situation.

I love this place! We sat at the bar, And our bartender was wonderful! They helped us choose the wine, And we’re super kind and attentive and talking to us the whole time. After reading some of the comments of people saying that it’s too expensive or the dishes are small, I completely have the opposite opinion. The prices for me were perfect for what you get and the quality you get. Sometimes people don’t realize that you can get this food at other places, but the quality is so bad for the same price. This was one of my favourite places. I’ll definitely be back! Everything was super yummy super affordable! I definitely believe that if you can’t afford to be out in Montreal, then you shouldn’t go out to eat 🤍 thanks H3!

A delightful culinary surprise. Everything was prepared and presented with care. The young waiter was very knowledgeable about the dishes and provided excellent service. We had booked early, so the place was quite quiet at first, but it filled up as time went on. We tried the 11-course tasting menu. Excellent value for money, price, and portion sizes.

The atmosphere was super cool, thanks to the young man who served my dish in several courses. His name is Esau. I've never experienced service like this; I'll remember this evening for the rest of my life.
