Exceptional Marriott related hotel..Great Service...Enjoyed Breakfast..Cozy Atmosphere..Helpful Staff...

I was in charge of the planning of a guys trip to Montreal, and booking the W was the first item I checked off my list. I had no idea that it would be the best decision I made regarding the whole trip. Everything about our experience was superb, above and beyond our expectations. Every single team member I interacted was kind, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about my experience, long before I ever stepped foot in Montreal. Yasmin, one of the front desk experts, was constantly in contact making sure we booked the exact room situation we required and providing guidance as well as making sure we got the best price possible. She was also there during our stay, giving recommendations and constantly checking in to make sure everything was in order. She was the one who we interacted with the most, but every member of the reception area was incredible. One of the biggest shining moments of the trip was our W Insider, Mauricio. Talk about above and beyond! He was our personal contact point, giving us his phone number where any request or question was answered immediately. He was a direct overseer of our itinerary, ensuring I'd left nothing out, or left any reservation un-made. He could seemingly make any wish come true, like some sort of Montreal genie. He made the small details matter which elevated everything substantially. Can't wait to return to Montreal, and I wouldn't think twice about booking the W again!

First trip to Montreal, what a hidden gem! Mauricio (W insider) emailed before my stay reaching out on the details to help perfect my trip. Ironically I had been looking for florists as I love fresh flowers in my room so asked for a referral and lo and behold he waved his magic wand and made everything happen! He was always a present source if I should need anything during my stay and all the team were amazing! If they were helping someone at the reception counter, they would still acknowledge my presence as waiting to be helped and oftentimes someone available would see and rush to assist. They made my stay most enjoyable and feel like I can safely book with them on my next trip without looking for other hotels (unlike this/my first trip where I looked at all the hotels with the specs I was looking for).Walking distance to everywhere I had reservations to and my daughter called to have a cheese plate and sweets delivered to my room. You can see in the picture how they focus on all the details!

Mauricio reached out before our arrival to put me in contact with a representative to purchase Montreal Canadian playoff tickets, and offered his assistance to plan our first stay in Montreal. Throughout our stay, Mauricio and his team were very welcoming, kind and helpful. Finally, Mauricio was so thoughtful to provide my wife and I with a cheese and champagne tray upon our arrival. I had an incredible stay at W Montreal. Mauricio (W insider) went above and beyond in service. It was my friends birthday and he organized a cake and bubbles to be in the room upon our arrival. The entire stay was excellent. The room was beautiful and clean. All the staff were extremely professional and helpful. Definitely going back to stay there!

Super impressed with the concierge and their service. They emailed us weeks ahead and chatted with me via text to book all our restaurants. Helped us through out the trip. Very accommodating. Huge thank you to Heloise ❤️

Great location, friendly staff, and very clean rooms. Our king room was huge, and the bathroom area was very spacious as well. Only minor complaints are self serve parking is around a block away, and there’s no door for the bathroom area (just a giant curtain).
