The Dorchester Hotel

This is a very cute boutique hotel right in the middle of Collingwood (about 15 mins from Blue Mountain by driving). Rooms are very comfortable and classy. Every room has a kitchenette with a full fridge/freezer, a record player and a small selection of old school vinyl. Staff are very helpful and you will feel well looked after. Highly recommended.

A beautiful hotel in a perfect Collingwood location. Our room was spacious, pristine and well appointed. All the little details from the glassware to lavender satchels were noticed and appreciated. Unfortunately we were denied a nightcap at the bar as they had done last call before 10:30 - even though there were several patrons still there - it left a sour taste to an otherwise quite wonderful stay.

Perfectly situated on Hurontario in downtown Collingwood surrounded by shops and favourite restaurants, this boutique hotel is elegant and practical all at the same time. Loved it!

Our room was beautifully appointed - luxurious, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for our special occasion. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel valued and celebrated throughout our visit. We'd recommend The Dorchester for anyone looking to mark a special occasion in style. My fiance and I had an amazing memorable experience. More than we expected. The room decor is incredible, the thought that was put into each detail in the room really added to our experience. The record player was a great addition. The bed was so comfortable. The towels and bath robes all high class. This experience was next level and one we will never forget. We stayed in room 203, quiet and clean. Loved everything about it. We can not wait to return. No issues with noise and we stayed on Valentine's day weekend Fri/Sat. Water was perfect and soft water. We loved the expresso machine in the morning. We loved lounging in the bath robes, listening to vinyl with our favorite red 🍷

What a gorgeous place. Love the vibe with the record player in room, great decor and reminders of how the hotel looked years ago. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Love the kitchen and nespress machine. Can’t comment on service as we only saw someone in the morning because there’s no one on site after a certain time and we arrived late and were out all day. I do love how easy it is for guests to enter- very cool. It was pricey an amazing stay. Thank you Heather

Fabulous hotel close to everything. Amazing staff and rooms.

Just had an exceptional stay. My 3rd-floor suite was beautifully appointed—full kitchen, dining area, comfortable living space, two 50” TVs, and even a record player with vinyl. Location couldn’t be better, and the restaurant/lobby bar was beyond impressive. Truly well done 👏👏

We had the best experience at the Dorchester. Karen, Jessica and the other staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the privacy and the easy room access through our phone. The location was excellent, as well as the cleanliness and thoughtful amenities. See you again!
