The Kent Motel, Niagara

I stayed at Kent Motel while celebrating my birthday, and we were there for 2 nights. The room felt cozy and comfortable, and the balcony with the sound of birds chirping made the stay really soothing and relaxing. I also appreciated that they use organic products, not just for the body, but also for hand wash and hair wash, which was a lovely touch. However, the biggest issue for me was the mirror. There was only a tiny mirror placed above the bed head, which honestly didn’t make much sense and was very inconvenient. As someone who enjoys trying different outfits and getting ready properly, not having a full-body mirror made my stay a bit stressful. Overall, it was an okay stay with some nice relaxing elements, but the mirror situation definitely took away from the experience.

Tranquil Location and Stay

Everything was great. Juan was very attentive and professional, and the room was clean. Only at midnight did the fireplace turn on by itself. It scared us a lot. But from then on, everything was fine.

We loved the location between Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. Loved the furnishings comfortable and in keeping with the historical history surrounding the motel. The area has many attractions historical and cultural

Very disappointed in the misleading room description and lack of promised features. Among issues encountered, there was no river view from the room, gas fireplace and TV were not in working order, no housekeeping services over 3-night stay despite posted door request on 2 days and total disregard for “do not disturb” sign early one morning when we were awoken by 2 housekeeping people to change door lock batteries. The room had charm but this was not the experience which was promised and for which we had hoped.

We stayed here for 1 night after a wedding and it was great. The rooms have a nice mix of vintage and modern day comforts. The bathrooms are thoughtfully upgraded and the bed was comfortable! It was nice and quiet at night and we were able to get delicious lattes and cappuccino in the morning.

Such a great place to stay if you want to avoid the congestion of Niagara Falls. The staff here were so incredible and went above and beyond! Would definitely come back

Really a pleasant, quiet, beautiful hotel with great modern vibe. Everything was clean. Staff was very responsive and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Pastries and coffee were so delicious! Flaky and fresh and hit the spot. Check in/out was a breeze. For the price it was a steal. No breakfast included though, but having the lounge available Thursday-Mon in the morning was nice.

Wonderful new Motel, great location. Wonderful checking and service people. Would prefer a King over queen size beds. Found insufficient electrical outlets and no cell phone charging station. One place to place your carry on luggage. Got a little over crowded.
