Extremely poor customer service and lack of cooperation. They say you can amend the booking but then they cannot accommodate the new one as they do not have the room you requested (in fact booked 8 mths in advance) .

Got ripped off by the owner/manager/front desk staff. Upon checking out he went to check our room so we could get our deposit back ... When he returns he tries to tell us we broke a drawer and he was keeping our deposit. We had one backpack with us and never even used a drawer. The place was filthy disgusting with marks all over the walls stains on floor. Dust everywhere and dirt on floors. He over charged us right off the hoop telling me that the booking.com price was for one person lol that makes no sense. All in all I would avoid staying here cause he will set you up in room 224 and try to rip you off too .. it's a scam .. they know that the drawer is broken already and will try to blame you for it too.
