For the price, including a jacuzzi tub in Niagra? Perfect. A microwave, a mini fridge, roku tv, and a desk with 2 chairs on every room. It is not fancy, there is no continental breakfast, or even a pop machine, but it is clean, you can see the owners care about their business and are very friendly.

The owner was amazing! I stayed with my friend for a few days near the end of August 2025. We came from the states and knew nothing about the area. My friend's birthday was taking place during our stay. I called ahead of our trip and asked the owner if there were any bakeries in the area. He stated there was one right next door. I asked if I placed an order, would he be willing to pick up the cake as we would be out sight seeing during the bakery's hours. He agreed! I had already paid for the cake order, but he graciously picked it up, and delivered it to the refrigerator in our room. Talk about above and beyond service! Thanks to his assistance, I was able to pull off an awesome birthday surprise! It helped that the room came with dishes and cutlery, as I forgot to plan for that! As someone who doesn't spend my vacation lounging in a hotel room, it was perfect for my needs! A clean place to sleep and use the restroom. I have zero complaints!

I have stayed at this hotel 2 times and which I thought was a very nice and clean hotel to stay at . The owners and the staff were all very nice and pleasant to talk to . So to make a long story short I stayed at this hotel august 6 and checked out August 7 everything was good . 1 week later I check my bank and this hotel took 100 dollars out of my account on August 14 when I wasn’t even staying there . Just helped themselves to my acct and took my last little bit of money I had left to survive until my next pay. Warning!!!! BECAREFUL if you stayed at this hotel please check your account for extra money taken out of ur account !!!

Not a big hotel, but honestly such a great stay! The rooms were super clean, smelled fresh, and the AC kept us cool on a hot day. My kids loved the pool and had the best time. Weekend summer prices were a bit high, but the regular rates are really affordable. Perfect little spot if you’re traveling on a budget!

We booked five months in advance since we were coming from Abitibi. After a nine-hour drive, we arrived at the hotel and managed to get our room, but the next day they told us to collect our belongings and that we had to change rooms. We didn't really understand, so we were transferred to the hotel next door, a shabby and horrible place, with a terrible smell and insects. There was no way I was going to sleep there when I had already paid for the other room, so I went back to see the man, and he told us the room wasn't available. I got angry and told him we had booked five months in advance. I tried to get a refund, but instead, he gave us another room that was definitely not worth the price I had paid. I really don't recommend it; they are scammers. I will never go back there!!

I booked a room 2 months in advance and when I arrived , my reservation was canceled because they said it was an old reservation. Seriously, a group of us all booked together, half of us got the reservation fulfilled and the rest of us had to bunk together. Not cool.

I want to start off bysaying that I have enjoyed myself for the week I stayed here with my children. The ownes were so nice and very easy to speak to. But I have to say they keep this property 100 from the maintenance man cleaning fixing watering there was never a minute that he stopped working he keep this property so clean for the owners . The owner was very pleasant and met our recommendation especially that I booked a extra day last minute he was able to give us another room. The week I was there with my children I honestly felt like I was at home I was able to us their bbq to make dinners I used my little camping stove and it was much easier that way instead of going out for dinners. I also met some amazing people that were also their staying. I recommend this place if your staying in Niagara NO NEED TO BOOK BY THE FALLS WHEN ITS JUST A 7 MIN DRIVE ANYWAY . THE ROOM WERE CLEAN THE PROPERTY WAS 100% AMAZING THE OWNERS HUSBAND AND WIFE VERY PLEASANT AND BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE. LETS SUPPORT BUSINESSES THAT LOVE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND KEEP THEIR PLACE CLEAN AND HAVE AMAZING STAFF. I WILL CERTAINLY BE BACK FOR MY BIRTHDAY IN OCTOBER. I HAD THE BEST WEEK HERE AND I WILL GUARANTEED THAT YOU ALSO WILL . THANK VILLAGER LODGE IN NIAGARA I WILL BE BACK IN OCTOBER The pool was so clean and the ac worked properly.

The location was great, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, the pool was clean, and the place was quiet. Good value for money. I would definitely return. I recommend it.
