Good evening. I don't believe this place is very welcoming to Black, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans & questioning people. I recently started going here my in September. I have never felt truly wanted or welcomed here and believe that it is due to racism. I can sense the racism here and will never again in my life step foot in this whites only space again toodles. There have been a lot of microagressions perpuated by the staff in particular. Sorry not sorry you all seem like you don't to help Black masculine lesbians due to our socioeconomics and race period.I don't feel comfortable coming here period.
The Pride center is an oasis, a safe, and welcoming place, where LGBT+, Persons can find and access everything they need, to both cope, and thrive as (often) 'at risk' individuals, at odds within the challenging and dangerous world we live in. The Pride center, and its awesome staff have been there for me, and were amazjng at assisting me in resettling in the Buffalo area.
Great resources and community! Lots of fun
