Rainbow Motor Inn

If you're just looking for a place to sleep, this hotel is okay. The service was courteous and quick, however the room smelled of cigarettes, there was no toilet paper, no trash can, and it certainly wasn't cleaned properly as there were flowers in the corners of the room. Since we only needed a place to sleep for one night and take a shower, it was okay for us, but I don't recommend it, even though it's well located and close to the attractions of the city center without being in the hustle and bustle.

Was walking my dog at 5 AM and the homeless man at Tim Hortons next to told me there was a car following me then as I’m across the street from the motel, the man calls me down. I walked back towards the fence and held the fence. I said I’m good. I’m good knowing that I’m young and it is a black vehicle. I did not want to get snatched and when Woke up in the morning. I saw this on my arm. I think I got mauled by a tarantula

My husband and I just parked in the lot to look at directions earlier this morning. My husband had dumped some juice in the parking lot from a cup in the car and a woman came out not sure if they were a worker or not and asked if we were parking or not. We said no we were looking at our directions. She then asked if he dumped liquid in the lot and said it was private property and became itrate yelling at us telling us to leave. We apologized and she continued yelling. Then another woman came out with her cell phone and was taking photos. We left. Never going back there again and judging by the reviews would not give them my money to stay there.

They advertise pet-friendly and they are harrassing saying I can only have my dog in the motel for 10 days and then changed it to 5 days out of the 15 days im staying here. I'm too the point of calling the Better Business Bureau for false advertising. I'm homeless and have no where else to go until I can find an affordable place to live with my dog. Dirty room. Dirty under the beds, wasn't vacuumed and the beds are made halfass, their is black human hair on the beds and in the shower and the microwave is dirty.

Let me sum this place up in one word. GROSS.

I can confidently say that this is a fine enough motel if you need somewhere decently cheap when you have no other options. The whole place smelled of cigarettes and I'm not confident the room was actually checked or properly cleaned before we were let in, but it wasn't totally disgusting either. The wifi is absolutely abysmal, as is their cable television, often cutting out throughout the day. They allow dogs and parking for an extra charge. Rooms have acs that kick on and off and the toilet in our room collected condensation all day that would make the floor behind/around it wet. There's also just inexplicable trash all around the ground level of the building? Again, nothing smelly or gross, but just STUFF laying about. Would return in a pinch, but don't exactly recommend for a comfortable or safe feeling stay in the falls

It was very weird that it had a big window and that the ac would stop and turn every 5 minutes. The bed was comfortable but it had hairs and stains and there was a specific stain that made me uncomfortable it was very big and brown 😭 and there was a red stain and the wifi sucks the washroom was ok but no enough toilet paper there was not hot water and the big mirror infront of the bed no thanks 🫩 but very good view!

Cold, a lot of big Flys,

The parking attendant or some worker came out and yelled at my mom and me and threatened us because we stopped in the parking lot to check directions. He was screaming and hitting our car and saying he would call the cops if we didn't pay when we were there for under 10 minutes just sorting out directions to get food. Do not stay here that man is crazy.

Very basic accommodation, best suited for short budget stays.

Called to discuss the pet policy the male staff that answered hung up before answering my questions. Was rude and sounded like I bothered him by calling.

The housekeeping was nice and accommodating. He's name is Dustin and they call him as Dee. The location is great, walking distance to fallsview hotel and other establishments. Check in was fast. Price is reasonable. I will definitely come back .
