Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean. The bedsheets were dirty, and the washroom was also unclean. The blanket looked old and stained, with yellow discoloration that had turned dark in some areas. There were dirty spots around the room, including near the window. I also noticed cotton/debris left behind, which showed that housekeeping was not done properly. The air conditioner had a bad smell and seemed poorly maintained. Overall, cleanliness standards were far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying

The staff was friendly and helpful it the room smelt like 100 smokers had just checked out before us and there was ashes on our”fresh” sheets even though we’re told they were a smoke free building the sheets and blankets were also stained, if you are just staying for a quick sleepover it’s fine but not as a full stay

Not only was the room disgusting with mouse poop and mold. The owner pretty much told me I was crazy. And then I wasn't seeing mouse poop, and they totally ripped me off from my security deposit and when refunded the room I booked on booking.com. And it said, I was supposed to pay a $150 for the security deposit. I couldn't get money into my bank account. Because the ATM lobbies are loft after 10 and I just got to Niagara Falls at midnight, so I have phone and said, if you could take a cash deposit, he said no. He couldn't so then 2 hours later. I can't find a bank. So I call him and say, will you take a prepaid credit card for a cash deposit? For a deposit for security, he said you had no problem, so I get there. He makes me swipe my prepaid visa and then he says, I owe a 100 bucks. So that was fine. I go into the room, pass it right away. I was exhausted. Wake up in the morning to find mold on the curtains meadows poop. I tried to be kind and let them know about it. But they pretty much were rude and ignorant to me about it. The cleating lady doesn't even have a spray bottle or a RAG or sheets. She just goes around, makes the beds and shuts the doors. I think it's his mother and I tried to shore the mouse poop, and she told me that it wasn't, and that I was pretty much crazy, and then he told me that he could do the security deposit, he charged me a 150 because I had a dog with me pets are allowed at the establishment he can pick and choose what the deposit is for there's a type of people that come totally tripping over his words Toby I couldn't do a cash deposit. And then when I went to get my deposit, he had to be the $100. Cash back just at total joke. He's a scam artist, slalom disgusting. This place should be condemned
