Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa

Karen at the spa is incredible. I booked facials for myself and my mom not knowing what to expect. She went above and beyond providing 2 customized experiences which were exactly what each of us needed. She is a grounded and intuitive practitioner and I could not recommend her more highly.

A hotel located about a 15-minute drive from the waterfall, but with reasonable prices and service that make up for it.

I am here for one person and one person only, and I BEG anyone thinking about staying here- PLEASE book a spa session with Karen. She. Is. PHENOMENAL. This is someone who loves what they do and you could tell. And that's a LOT from me, who has 1. Never been to a spa 2. Didn't plan this, it was a surprise 3. Was told no, sorry, what was supposed to be a massage was going to be a FULL BODY EXFOLIATION therapy!! x_X As someone with SEVERE body issues, I was freeeaking out- This was like my own personal hell- And I worried the ENTIRE night, thinking maybe I could ask her to switch to something else I'd feel more comfortable with ?? And I am SO glad I didn't. You see- She understood, FULLY, and gave me one of the -best- experiences I have ever had. I know it's weird but it felt like I found a new sister in her lol we just connected and talked SO easily and freely- I was able to relax in a state I had no idea I could. She is SO incredibly gifted and talented, I wish I lived closer, in all honesty. Also- I need to point out, ya know, the rest of the hotel? It's historic, and reading these negative reviews is HILARIOUS. You wanted Hilton Luxury but pay half the price?? You get what you paid for, and they're SO upset because they dare go down a star to save a buck. Dude do you know how much FUN it would be to be above the dance floor during a wedding?!?? Also, there's a sea of happy people below you wanna get mad at THEM for having a good time? Nah man, you buy the ticket, you take the ride. You get exactly what you expect here, it's not trying to pretend it's something it's not.

My family loved our stay at the hotel and my spa treatment was great. Karen is amazing!

Great location river view room with King bed huge corner room. Try to book on 3rd or 4h floor. Nice for weekend couples getaway. Breakfast was good.

Update, ! Another amazing stay at this hotel. Nikah and samantha at the front desk, thank you for all of the local restaurant advice and for the smooth check-in. This hotel is very clean.The views of the river are amazing! Everything you would want for your perfect little stay in Lewiston. Great breakfast. We treated ourselves to the spa. Karen gave me my first ever facial, and it won't be my last! Melinda gave my husband a swedish massage and he loved it. The spa was very relaxing. They also took extra care in making sure everything was sanitized and clean. I highly recommend this hotel for a fair stay during the offseason. Reccomend the sun set suites --there are only three with balcony but other rooms also have a river view . Off season rates right now and ask for fisherman discounts!! You can stay in a river view room. For a great price Very clean excellent service. Cozy bed and pillows. We will be back.

Beautiful location right on the river. Our room was HUGE. I felt like we were staying in a French Castle!! Loved it! This was our mini-honeymoon and I hope we will be back!

The rooms are a great size ,comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Great location. Surprisingly big rooms Not too much activity in the location in the winter time Just a few parking spots on site otherwise you have to park across the street. Not a big deal. But overall great hotel
