Housekeeping never check on my room for my one night stay. I left for dinner and came back to no housekeeping service. I left my Yeti tumbler on the desk in my room as I was leaving and called them that sameday to retreive it and they said it 'wasn't there'. Wouldn't leave anything valuable in your room because it might not be there when you return. Spa was better the last time I went. Room was on the first floor and there were a lot of echos from inside and outside.
Stayed here three nights and would highly recommend this hotel. Stayed on the 4th floor, room was clean, large and had a great view. Breakfasts were very good and the town and restaurants are within a close walk. Hotel is dog friendly. Will stay here again!
An old Hotel that is not far from Niagra falls but far enough away to have a small town vibe with local shops, restaurants, and breweries. Along with being close to the lake for fishing, boating, and just vibing by the lake while enjoying some ice cream from the red trolley. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and recommended attractions around the town. An all around charming old hotel with character and a good breakfast that is included in the price of the room.
We had a wonderful experience at the spa at Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa, thanks to Karen. From the moment our treatments began, we knew we were in expert hands. Her professionalism, skill, kindness, and calming presence made for an exceptional experience, with heavenly facials and body scrubs that left us feeling completely pampered. Karen has a natural ability to identify areas of tension and customize each treatment to exactly what’s needed. Her technique is outstanding, and we left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and fully renewed. Beyond her talent, she is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.
Stoped over after spotting this awesome gem in Lewiston, NY. Met Lisa the bartender. Beautiful place with an awesome staff. I'm no amateur but Lisa made us feel very welcomed at bar number 424 on the bucket list. Stop by, you won't be disappointed.
