I thought this would be interesting to stay at, but in the morning of my 1 night stay, the front counter staff did. Ot understand English at all, only French. He ended up being the only staff there, which was B.S. Then I go to get some breakfast and therr was absolutely no egg left at all, as it was only 9:30am. Due to that, i left the facility in a pissed off mood. Your services totally suck.

It's certainly a cool experience. Parking works well and it's worth it, breakfast is really nice! The museum part is really nice as well. However, don't expect much comfort: rooms are tiny (used to be cells) you will hear anything that goes on in other cells and so will those that pass in front of your cell. Bathrooms are quite a walk. We stayed one night which was just enough of Ottawa as well. Apart from the historic buildings there is not much to do in this city, and the center is pretty much like other big cities in North America: shabby, dodgy and run down.
