Super friendly and helpful at the front desk

Very affordable, clean, staff was very accommodating.

Aside from a shower with lighter water pressure than I’m used to, it was a great stay at the Sandman. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows incredibly comfortable, and the hotel staff friendly and efficient. It was nice to have space to spread out, work, and enjoy my time in Regina.

Excellent customer service. Tranum was very sweet and courteous.

As always Sandman treats me right when I'm here on business. This time, Jaiza at the front desk got me an early check in as I was needing a place to work. Rooms are clean and the staff are always attentive

I travel A LOT for work and if you ask anyone else who does they know that sometimes timelines don't always line up. When I went to go check into this specific Sandman I was extremely early, (like 4 hours early) for their check-in. Now this would have been fine if I had thought to book a priority check-in in advance but of course I wasn't sure on my arrival time. Despite all this Muzhar the manager pulled some strings and had me checked in promptly. Service like this reminds me why I stay with Sandman whenever it's an option.

Pull out bed, bedding was not changed over. There was stains and hair on the bedding. We asked the front desk to change it while we were gone. We were gone for 8 hours. They did not change them. We had to change the sheets ourselves at midnight! Once the bedding was off we were revolted by the condition of the mattress. A tray of food discarded in the hallway also sat for 2 full days before they retrieved it. "After the cleaning staff and the front desk manager all walked passed it multiple times" it took my complaint before they would pick it up. At one point there was vomit in the elevator and the solution was just to throw towels over top of it and let the guest know they will take care of it later. Meanwhile the elevator was still in operation.....🤯 Also on Thursday the day we checked in there were no towels in the pool.
