About this place Paradise Beach (Bare-Ass Beach)

Paradise Beach, known locally as "Bare-Ass Beach", is an informal clothing-optional beach on the South Saskatchewan River about 20 km south of Saskatoon. For years both naturists and gay men have used it. You reach it by dirt road and a short walk from the parking area. It has no lifeguards, toilets or services, and the sand and shoreline change with the river level. The current can be strong, so be careful swimming. It is busiest on hot summer weekends. Bring water and take your garbage home. Its clothing-optional status is informal, so keep things discreet when families are around.
