When I called to book a room for my Father who had to be in town for Cancer treatments, this was the only hotel that quoted me more for a medical compassion rate than I could get it for online...not very compassionate if you ask me.

Very nice location with exceptional staff that are amazing to deal with . Heated indoor parking is also a huge plus.

The room had some issues with the plumbing. The tub drained very slow and we had to stand in 4-6” of water while having a shower. The transfer to a new room, under a new reservation at the end of our original stay was not very easy. However, Tyler went above and beyond multiple times during our stay to help us out. He was by far the best employee we talked to during our stay. Other issues that seemed impossible for employees to resolve, he fixed them within minutes. He is amazing. Thanks so much Tyler.

Really nice spot. I've been here a few times for conferences. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I had an issue where my heat wasn't working in my room for some reason but let them know in the morning and they had it fixed by the time I came back at noon. The location is right across from the TCU convention center where we had our conference so this was a very convenient location. There are some street people walking around at night but I've never had any problems they all seem to mostly be friendly and the hotel staff is kind when addressing them.
