Spacious rooms, but the decor is a bit dated. Always reliable for service and location is great for many of our visits to Toronto.

Perfect place to stay of a loved one is in St Michaels Hospital. Was nice to have a separate living room to relax in after a day at the hospital. Staff are very nice, parking available

I had a very poor experience staying here for business travel. The garage elevator was broken 6 days of my stay making the garage impossible if you had mobility issues. I was given two parking tickets even though i was paying for parking through the hotel. At the end the hotel is refusing to issue me an itemized invoice in person. Shella is the last person to refuse to help me or let me even speak to a manager. Be aware of how this hotel will treat you.

Paid well over $200 and yet had to pay extra for parking, I rather have parked in the street. TV remote did not work, the buttons were finicky and kept breezing past channels and the select button didnt even work. Tried connecting my gaming console i brought with me to the TV, but because the TV had no buttons on the side and the remote didnt work properly I couldn't even do that. I had to put the TV remote in the bathroom just so that it wouldnt switch channels anymore. Microwave provided was so weak that I had to do an extra minute on the food even on recommend lowest setting for my ramen. Dont let the fancy exterior fool you, this is definitely one of the cheaper hotel experiences Ive had. A shame considering the price tag. Breakfast not included despite what the Expedia said and now I have to drive 5 hours on an empty stomach. Bath and bedroom was nice at least. Bare minimum.

It's a bit dated, but the rooms are well-equipped and clean. The staff is friendly and willing to accommodate requests. The breakfast is good and reasonably priced ($17 plus tax). I've also hosted conferences there, and a special mention goes to Samantha and her staff, who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The location is central, and nearby are bars, restaurants, shopping centers, the subway, well-stocked minimarkets, and drugstores.

I booked the room through Agoda , and the price was almost half of the hotel’s regular rates, so I wasn’t expecting much. To my surprise, the room was very decent, comfortable, and absolutely worth the price. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for a relaxing stay. It included a sofa and sitting area in one room, a separate bedroom, and a large washroom, which made the stay even more comfortable. The services were basic but completely sufficient for what I paid. I also got to enjoy a very beautiful morning view from my room window, and I clicked some lovely pictures there. As a solo female traveler, I felt peaceful, safe, and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were very respectful, polite, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in downtown Toronto.

Excellent location close to Queen street, the Eaton shopping centre and Yonge Street. Suite sizes is great and high floor rooms have great views. They impose a welcome 'no parties' policy after 2200. There are many motices about this and the policy is imposed. The restaraunt now only appears to be open for breakfast. Parking garage close by $35CAD+tax (May 2026) Rooms don't seem to have had a significant upgrade in years. Same can be said if public areas. Come on - time for a re-vamp.

Service is great, rooms are showing their age but are clean. Bed is comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights during Golden Week in 2026. The quality is high and the price is well-balanced, but the unclear room cleaning rules are a problem. The location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk to Queen subway station, with a 24-hour supermarket right next door, and access to one of Toronto's leading shopping malls within a 1-2 minute walk. It's very suitable for both sightseeing and staying at the hotel. The facilities are also very good, especially the beds, which were fantastic and incredibly comfortable. Our family of four, with two children using the sofa bed, had no problems and were very comfortable. The shower was comfortable, and there was a microwave, so we were satisfied with the facilities. The price is also reasonable, especially considering the rising hotel prices around Toronto. However, one issue is that the room wasn't cleaned on the second day. We understood that cleaning was done daily, but it wasn't. We returned late at night, tired, to find the room still the same, and the towels were unusable, so we had to order them from the front desk. In addition, we couldn't get through to the front desk by phone, so we had to go there in person, which was inconvenient when we were tired. If it's not cleaned daily, I wish they'd clearly state the rules somewhere. According to other reviews, it is cleaned daily, but caution is still necessary when using the service.
