What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, modern and clean rooms, and convenient downtown location with good views. However, some guests have noted that certain areas of the hotel, particularly bathrooms and common spaces like hallways, feel dated, and there have been issues with inconsistent service, especially regarding breakfast staffing.

Very nice rooms, easy to walk to restaurants. At the time front entrance under construction.

This property was a big letdown. The sink was down the hallway - several steps away from the bathroom where the shower and toilet were located - a terrible, terrible room layout. Additionally, there was nowhere to put my towel that I was using while at the sink. No hooks, no towel rod, nothing. The shower temperature fluctuated constantly from hot water to lukewarm every few seconds. The AC until was extremely noisy and rattled excessively in my room. Several of the rooms are directly across from the elevators. The elevators are not in a separate vestibule like in many hotels. They are just in the middle of the hallway - at least in the South Tower where I stayed. I expected much better at this price point. I am a frequent Marriott customer for the past 15-20 years with Silver Elite status every year, so I travel a decent amount. This property was a big letdown for me.

I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, stayed here three nights. The good stuff: the Bistro was nice, good food. Staff were polite, the bed very comfortable. The not so good stuff: three times my card key would not open my door. The digital key was a no show from the first. I payed extra for a corner room with a balcony, trouble was you could not open it, I reported it, they said someone would come up to fix it, it did not happened. I heated water inthe coffeemaker to make tea, the water was brown and disgusting, coffee makers need to be cleaned on a regular basis and descaled. I payed almost five hundred a night for my room, which for regular folks a lot of money. Would never stay here again.

What a total scam! I tried booking with my free rewards night certificate using the app on my phone, when they offered the free upgrade they did not warn me that it would invalidate my use of my free rewards night certificate. They should have warned me, which they did not. What a complete scam!! Extremely disappointed.
