Windsor Arms Hotel

We celebrated Valentine’s Day at Gatsby with my friends, and it was truly a wonderful evening. The interior is absolutely beautiful — elegant, warm, and full of classic charm. It creates the perfect atmosphere for a special celebration. The service was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We felt well taken care of throughout the entire night. There was a live jazz/blues band playing from 8 PM until 1 AM, and they were absolutely incredible. The music added so much energy and soul to the evening — it made the experience even more memorable. The food was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by how affordable everything was. No one felt like the prices were excessive or unreasonable. Overall, a fantastic place to celebrate, enjoy live music, and spend a beautiful evening with friends. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous stay with even better dining. I’m so glad we chose to stay here last weekend, the charming lobby, beautiful rooms and attentive staff made the whole experience a delight. The afternoon tea service was my absolute fave and worth the visit on its own! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Windsor Arm’s high tea is not what I remembered! We didn’t have the tea we wanted and the food was just ok.. we were seated at a tiny table for 3 people and it was so crowded that our tea pots couldn’t fit on the table. Won’t be coming back!

This is my first time both having high tea and being at WAH. The food, tea, ambience, and service were amazing!

SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF AND ENVIRONMENT IS FANTASTIC

I returned to the Windsor Arms for High Tea. I've been here before about 10 years ago and had a great experience. This time the service was not the same. The food and front staff were still great. Our server was not. I thought they poured the tea for me but they did not and I ended up burning my finger the first time I poured. I didn't feel my friend and I got the same service as other guests. I overheard our server asking other people for dietary restrictions but never asked us. My friend needed a takeout container and the server gave her the smallest box and bag while someone else got a bigger box/bag. When my friend asked for another box, the server didn't reply and just brought the box without a bag. So she had to ask for another bag and got the same nonverbal response. He did bring a bag but it seemed like he wasn't happy about. I don't plan to return.

For a hotel in the "English" style, I found the rooms beautiful and spacious. Our air conditioner broke, but they moved us to a different room that evening. The continental breakfast was "average." A few croissants, muffins, and brioche. I've had better. I tried their "spa." For this portion, it was more than mediocre. Nothing like a real "spa." I had a 55-minute massage, and it was just okay. The massage room was ordinary, next to the women's changing rooms. No relaxation whatsoever. We could hear the receptionist or other employee talking or laughing, while another seemed to be cleaning a different room. Not at all restful with all that noise. I unfortunately don't recommend getting a massage there.
