Pretty good burger but not good enough to justify the prices imo.

The burgers were AWESOME. The grill lady def knew what she was doing.

I really wanted to like this place because the burgers looked great, and based on the menu they have a lot of interesting options. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When my friend and I arrived, there was only one employee working. She was taking orders, handling the cash register, cooking, cleaning tables, and even going to the back to bring out supplies. It honestly seemed like far too much work for one person, and I don't blame her for being overwhelmed. The restaurant clearly needs more staff. The biggest issue happened while our food was being prepared. After taking another customer's order and handling cash, the employee returned to cooking without changing the gloves she had been using. My friend noticed this and politely asked if she could change them, but she didn't. Because of the food safety concern, my friend requested a refund instead of taking her Philly cheesesteak. I decided to keep my order because I was really hungry. I had ordered the Honey Onion Burger, which was supposed to come with honey mustard and caramelized onions. Instead, it was loaded with jalapeños and raw onions, making it so spicy that I couldn't eat it. I ended up throwing the burger away. I don't think this experience was entirely the employee's fault. Asking one person to run the entire restaurant is unrealistic and likely leads to mistakes like these. However, food safety should never be compromised, and orders should be prepared correctly. I really wanted to give Firefly Burger a chance, but based on this experience, I don't think I'll be returning.

I really didn’t enjoy this burger. The bun was a bit stale and the burger had no flavour. It kind of just tasted like goop:(

I rarely leave bad reviews but this burger was genuinely so bad 😭 me and 2 other friends stopped by to get them because the reviews were pretty good, we took them to go and were so disappointed when we got home. Service was good and the place seemed nice but the burger was just so bland and flavorless, and it wasn’t cheap either it’s $15 for a regular cheeseburger… definitely will not be going back, there’s way better burgers for way less.

These weren’t good. The buns were bad, stale, and the burger was almost wet. The meat was fine, but I won’t ever get this again

The cashier didn't smile at the customer. I ordered two trios and there were very few fries; it's not worth the money you pay end The cashier made a mistake and made my friend pay for it.
