Bond Place Hotel

I had a very disappointing experience when trying to pick up my car. I followed the instructions and called the interphone multiple times, but no one answered. After five attempts, I had to walk to the security office. The security staff told me they had seen me the whole time but chose not to open the gate because I had “too much luggage.” Instead of assisting me, the guard questioned me about my empty water bottle, criticized the amount of luggage I had, and repeatedly asked why I was carrying so many things — even after I explained that I had just checked out of my hotel. He continued to make unnecessary comments and treated me with suspicion for no valid reason. Being interrogated and judged like that was unprofessional and disrespectful. All I wanted was to access the parking lot to retrieve my own car. This experience left me shocked and very disappointed with the level of service and attitude from the security team.

I will not be going back. I experienced what felt like profiling. Based on how I was dressed, they repeatedly ignored my calls on the intercom and refused to grant me access to the parking lot, even though my car was parked there and I had already paid. I only managed to enter by going to another entrance and speaking directly to security. They later admitted they had seen me on camera but chose not to respond on the intercom. When I told them I had paid for parking, their response was simply “prove it to me.” This was a humiliating and unacceptable experience. Paying customers should not be treated this way.
