Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre

I’m not even at your hotel yet, but thanks for ripping us off and having zero compassion. Charged us 2x your current advertised rates. Last time booking with Sheraton.

We stayed here while we visited Vancouver, British Columbia. Expensive hotel but so worth it! The doorman at the entrance were so sweet giving us such good treatment opening our uber doors when we enter or leave the hotel. Fast efficient room service when we ordered food, and room service was amazing always kept our room in tiptop condition during our stay. Beautiful room, had a coffee maker, small fridge, lots of storage space, big comfortable bed, desk, 2 tvs, couch, beautiful washroom with all necessities, handwash, body lotion, toiletries, hairdryer, clean towels. The hotel had a lot of food options around & within including cafe one and Starbucks. We didnt visit the gym or pool but we knew they had these services too. My mom loved using the shower here very soothing, relaxing and clean. On top of that we were accomodatwd as requested we got a lower floor and a room close to the elevator. Lots of mirrors.

The receiption staf hotel her name is prashinta is very complicated really unflexible including her manger. We had stay as a group, and someone in our group change the room number with me due to want to have connecting access with her daughter. Unfortunately i can’t access to my room cause of the key isn’t active. I asked to reactive the key and she didn’t want to give and ask my colleague to go down and give the confirmation either we can do call by phone, because we are in the same group and we have participants list. I not recommend this hotel to stay.

Amazing location, but rooms are in extremely old and poor condition. Aircon is weak, room smells mouldy and is extremely dusty. Carpet is also dirty and old, and bedsheets & pillow cases have holes in them!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Vancouver. The rooms are efficiently designed and well appointed. My one disappointment is that the TV does not provide an internet option. The pillows are fluffy, the beds are comfy and the shower/sink options are exquisite. The view from the rooms on the higher floors are amazing. The newly renovated club has a modern look, the food options are fantastic and the staff extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. All the front desk staff with whom I interacted were gracious and helpful. Thanks for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Spacious rooms overlooking Vancouver. Had to ask for a kettle as not everyone drinks coffee and they actually had tea bags in the room. There is also a fridge and the bathroom was spacious too. Bed very comfy! We didnt eat here, and there isna Starbucks on site! Due to the style of the hotel the lifts are busy. It was stressful seeing one man rush saying he had waited 15 minutes, he had cases and couldn't fit in the same lift as his wife. We waited lengthy times each time to access the lifts, so please be wary.

The hotel is very nice and our favorite part was the outstanding service we received from each of the staff members. Every one was friendly, courteous and willing to go the extra mile.

We were checked in (and out) by Annie - reception desk Guest Services Associate.She was wonderfully understanding of our requirements as elderly couple. She is an ideal employee - the kind companies need to nurture and keep. As retired Professor of Mgmt that is my assessment of her. Good luck.

We had a 3-night stay here and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located in downtown Vancouver, which makes it extremely convenient and easy to walk around the city. We stayed in the South Tower, which is newer and offers full amenities such as a pool, gym, and restaurant. The room itself was quite small and simple, but it was comfortable and we had a great view, which made up for it. There is also a Starbucks located in the lobby of the North Tower, which is perfect if you prefer grabbing a fresh cup of coffee instead of using the in-room coffee. Overall, a great stay in a very convenient location.

Lounge has incredible views. Best gym for any of the downtown hotels. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nice clean new hotel. I stayed there on June 1st 2026. Reservation under my wifes name mary Macdonald. We went in the hottub. It was sorta cold not hot. A worker came and did tests on the water. My wife had a good shower after. I had a quick one with my bathing suit still on. The next day I was full of rashes itchy and swollen. I used creams on the rashes for a week. It sorta ruined my British Columbia vacation. They should of shut down that hottub.
