I haven’t even checked in yet - but I had to pop on and provide a shout out to Rachel and Salima who helped me get set up with access to the lounge as a Platinum Bonvoy member. Already blown away by the great service! Will update my review after my stay. Thanks, Rachel and Salima!

Came in for the World Cup game for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. Excellent staff service, comfortable room, and well stocked lounge with gorgeous views. I couldn't have been happier!

Location and room were 5 star. I have rated this hotel one star, because we had a two hour wait for our next adventure when we checked out at the designated 11am. Since we had not paid for lounge privileges, we could sit outside or in the uncomfortable lobby with somewhat padded benches. For $500. a night, l would expect a comfortable and welcoming lobby.

I had breakfast here on two consecutive days, and the experience was very disappointing. On the first day, I asked for oat milk for my coffee, but the oat milk that was served was spoiled. The replacement oat milk was spoiled as well, so the same problem occurred twice. so the same problems occurred twice. Today was even worse. After we were seated, we did not receive any basic service such as water or coffee. We only received coffee after we had already gone to the buffet ourselves, and after that, no staff member came to check on our table even once. Both the food quality issue and the lack of service were extremely disappointing, and this breakfast experience fell far below expectations.

This hotel took advantage of consumers for the World Cup. They overinflated prices well before the event to create a false demand. One week from the World Cup, you can find the same rooms for less than half the price. No refunds. No adjustment. No upgrade. Not a care in the world. Obviously they have not sold the amount of rooms they anticipated and they are preying on those who booked in advance. Disgusting. Will report to media outlets as well. Cynthia from the hotel is the one who categorically denied any help or compensation. Greed at its finest from a so-called “reputable” hotel chain.
