We spent three nights and our stay was most enjoyable. Thank you to Carole for serving us in French; she greatly helped us feel comfortable. Thank you to the pub staff for the excellent breakfasts and dinners. The staff's kindness is remarkable. Well done to the team!

Very nice with great staff, and priced well

Good location, especially if you want to go to Stanley Park. However, the hotel is showing its age. If you have a room facing the street, you can hear the cars very loudly until late at night. Better soundproofing would be desirable. Otherwise, earplugs will do the trick 😅 Overall, the concept is good value for money.

Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Hotel need overall refurbishment.

Wonderful hotel with a central location, late check out option beyond 12pm and dog friendly!!! P.s. Old window unit AC sounds like a tractor, but if you need noise to sleep its excellent :)

We had a good stay! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location close to Stanley park and public transport is great. We stayed on the first floor in a room towards the street and the windows sadly didn’t filter out neither noises nor smells, so smells of Marihuana wafted in at night when we went to bed 👀 other than that, it was fine 🤗
