From the outside, your first thought is: Oh my God! Where have I landed? Did I really book this? But the rooms are perfectly fine! The staff is very friendly. They helped us with all our luggage. Renovations (especially to the air conditioning and windows) are definitely needed. Absolutely adequate for a city break. Beware! It's a party district! There can be a lot of noise at night, especially on weekends, both in front of and behind the hotel.

AC needed an update, but all the rest was very good: cleanliness, staff, location

Noisy room due to being by road side all night we could hear traffic noise. Requested for a late check out as we have been traveling over a month and also were heading to a cruise but the hotel without any consideration rejected the request
