Unfortunately my room is right opposite hospital emergency entrance. There were constant ambulance noises throughout the night and morning. This is more like a renovated motel than a hotel. The room is clean and staff were friendly.
Great service by a very helpful staff, superb location, evening non alcoholic drink and snacks a nice touch :). We had a great time.
We needed to book a room quickly because we were disappointed with another hotel just around the corner. The desk staff was extremely courteous and allowed us to check in way earlier than expected. Rooms are clean and serviced as often as you need them. Not the most posh accommodations so if you are looking for fancy rooms, you may be disappointed. You can definitely hear road noise and people walking outside the rooms, but very quiet at night and we kept a fan on which helped drown it out when necessary. Cafe Elysian is right downstairs and has great coffee drinks and pastries. Every day the hotel had free mocktails and snacks during "happy hour". Overall very happy with the service and hospitality even though the rooms were not the fanciest.
Ideal location for exploring the city on foot.
Very comfortable, clean and conveniently located for our trip. The courtyard is beautiful and private, great for relaxing after a long day of walking.
We had a great stay at the Burrard. The room was well appointed and comfortable. It was great to have complementary bottled water and Nespresso coffee daily. The nightly complementary crisps and non-alcoholic cocktails were a nice touch. The inner courtyard garden was lovely. The major plus was the completely bike hire - the hotel has a decent amount of good quality bikes which could be used for as long as we wanted; we used them to cycle to and around Stanley Park. The location of the hotel was also great, with public transport nearby and much of the city within walking distance. We'd definitely recommend for a stay in Vancouver.
