Absolutely fantastic place, brunch was delicious an overall stunning experience

Me and my wife had an amazing experience here, Jared our server was friendly and attentive to all our needs. Shiva was in charge of wine and wow did she deliver, 5 star service and quality. Joan helped explain all our dishes with a friendly smile and awesome tattoos. Lastly Lindsey was very cheerful and hyped brighten out night

The lady at the door was very rude.refused to get us a table as we weren’t staying at hotel.We walked an hour just to go there for brunch for a ladies trip.I’m a Fairmont regular so I feel like it should be posted online that they aren’t taking people.

Table for 7 people, ordered a few appetizers and steak for main. Steak was cold but tasted good.

After hearing so much about Botanist, we wondered whether a Michelin-caliber restaurant could really live up to the hype. It absolutely did. Every dish was beautifully conceived and exquisitely prepared. We could taste the exceptional quality of the ingredients and the care that went into sourcing them. The food was imaginative and beautifully balanced, and each course was a delight. What made our experience truly memorable, however, was the service. Everyone we met — from the manager and maître d' to our server, assistant server, and the sommelier — was gracious, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making our evening special. Their recommendations were thoughtful and personalized to our tastes, making us feel like valued guests. We chose Botanist to celebrate our anniversary, and it proved to be the perfect choice. The setting is beautiful and intimate, yet never stuffy or pretentious. In fact, we enjoyed the experience so much that we returned the very next day for brunch, which it was every bit as wonderful. As first-time guests at a restaurant of this caliber, we weren't sure what to expect. Botanist exceeded every expectation and gave us an experience we'll remember for years to come.

Had brunch at Botanist to celebrate our anniversary! The atmosphere is very good and the three courses brunch is beautiful and delicious!

We just had drinks but they were great! Knowledgable bartenders and unique drinks. The signature drinks are over the top! I recommend this bar if in town.

The seared scallops and greens were the highlight of my night after the Texans win. I am clearly the best thing you will see on the menu all week, so if you are a cute guy with good taste, go ahead and reach out to me.

Among all the brunch spots in Vancouver, Botanist is one of the few that's truly worth choosing for a special celebration. The Weekend Brunch & Cocktails menu is an excellent value, with plenty of options to choose from, plus a welcome drink and an additional beverage included with the set. The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting, while the service is consistently attentive and professional. I chose Botanist for a retirement celebration, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I've also been here several times for other celebrations, and each visit has been memorable. The staff always go out of their way to make guests feel welcomed and make every occasion feel special. If you're looking for a brunch spot in Vancouver to celebrate a milestone, Botanist is one of my top recommendations.
