The Only Thing Was That Our Room Didn't Have A Window To The Outside. The Breakfast Portions Are Small.

The staff at this hotel is truly excellent. I accidentally booked the wrong dates for my reservation, and when I arrived, my booking appeared in the system but not for that specific day. Neither the staff nor I realized at first that the issue was that I had selected the wrong dates. Even so, they kindly accommodated me with a room and allowed me to stay while we figured out what was happening with my reservation. The next morning, after I realized the mistake on my end, the staff was incredibly understanding and compassionate. They explained that my booking was actually for different dates, but they still treated me with so much kindness and charged me a fair and normal rate for the room they gave me. I truly appreciated how helpful and professional they were throughout the whole situation. The location is also great — everything is walkable, and it’s very close to Bamboo Center. The cleanliness, service, and overall hospitality were excellent. The restaurant was delicious, and the included breakfast was amazing as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in a safe area. Public transportation is available, as well as private transportation. Another positive point is that breakfast is included in the price. The staff is attentive and considerate of guests' needs.
