The entrance is a bit hard to find, there is no sign, ring at the gate of No 11-20. 3 floors with roof bar and terrace. It's clean and bigger than expected, busy on a Friday afternoon.

Yesterday, their employees assaulted a friend when he managed to take photos documenting their unethical practices. Terrible service and a complete lack of professionalism from their staff endanger lives and safety.

The Good The place was packed on Sunday afternoon. I arrived at 4pm and left at 8:30pm. Peak hours seemed to be from 6pm to 9pm. The crowd was mostly guys in their 20s and 30s, with a mix of body types—plenty of attractive ones. Everyone was friendly, and as a foreigner with decent Spanish, I had a great time. As with any sauna, being in good shape helps your chances. Some people complain it’s not hot enough, but I found it very hot—I had to cool off with showers multiple times. The upstairs bar and patio offer a nice spot to relax and chat. Massages are available for 250Q for 40 minutes. Quirks You have to buzz the intercom to get in—there’s no sign. But if you step back from the fence, you’ll spot the building with the covered rooftop patio. It’s fully nude. They only give you a towel when you leave. You can get a small green waistband to wear while inside, but only one per person, and they’re strict about it. Bring your own flip-flops or buy a pair at reception (around 25Q). Entry on Sunday was 100Q. The Not So Good The facilities are a bit outdated, though generally clean. The floor was extremely slippery, even with rubber mats in some rooms and the hallway. I’d recommend grippy sandals. The vodka shot was tiny—barely 20ml—so I wouldn’t bother. Locals were drinking small bottles of local liquor with mixers or beer instead. Overall I’d definitely go again. I had a great experience despite a few quirks. The guys I spoke to said it was the best sauna in Guatemala City, located in the safest area.

I give this place a solid 8/10. I think it's great that Guatemala city has a place like this, I hear there are even more places like this. The guests were rather young in their 20s-30s very few over 40. I went on a sunday, there was a good crowd. The steam sauna however is not warm and rather cold, that's something to improve. On the third floor there is a nice bar and a roof top bar. Smokers friendly (+points)! The showers and toiletts are not bottom friendly, meaning there is not the possibility to douche, for European visitors this can be a bit challenging as in these parts of the world people are more natural and leave it up to their "luck" if you know what I mean. I think in the states is the same (few douche possibilites). I had a great time there but I cannot expect this to be Berlin. People were friendly, lots of kissing, kissing other parts, licking all that. BEWARE there is a stupid stair when you leave the steam room, once you know there is a stair there you'll be fine. Some parts of the sauna are really really dark, sometimes you dont even see there is people there but is not most of the sauna. The floor is VERY VERY slippery, it would be nice if they could improve something against the slippery floor, when I visited a guy slipped down the stairs, luckily nothing happened to him but OUTCH! so be careful. I had overall a great time, Gallo beers, cigarretes and overall handsome young Guatemalan guys. xoxo

Not a great way to spend time, there is no hot place in here, temperature is low and the same across all wet/dry places. Lockers feel insecure and some restrooms don't have water. Also, indoor smell can be better in wet/vapor areas, why not try some eucalyptus or something that smells ok. And the most distressing part, the reception person was very rude in the way they clarified things once we were inside, details that were never mentioned before and he acted like we should know. No free sandals, you have to pay to use some or bring your own. For the price you pay—definitely not cheap—they should offer a better service.
