Hotel Consulado

No breakfast every day, and no explanation for the lack of breakfast despite paying for it. Quite disappointing. Otherwise, the room was decent, and the location was close to the center.

The same issue as in other hotels: the showers need maintenance, water was leaking everywhere.

A GREAT OPTION FOR GETTING AROUND THE CITY TO ANYWHERE. SIMPLE BUT VERY CLEAN ROOMS FOR BUSINESS TRIPS OR BUDGET-FRIENDLY VACATIONS, WITH A GOOD LOCATION AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. 100% RECOMMENDED

We celebrated a dear friend's birthday and had a wonderful time; highly recommended for any event. The terrace was very comfortable, with a pleasant atmosphere. 🥰

We had an excellent stay, thanks to the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. It's a great hotel for short stays. Pros: The location is fantastic, just steps from Avenida Chapultepec, close to many bars and restaurants, and the area is very safe. The breakfast is delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, who were always ready to help us with questions, transportation, and requests. Areas for improvement: The breakfast could be improved with a bit more variety. In our room, the showerhead didn't have a stopper, so a large puddle of water would form every time we showered. For the price we paid, I highly recommend it. Thank you.

Excellent, very good service, comfortable, clean, and quiet. They retrieved my ID and credentials that I threw away at reception and called the driver to come back for them. So they deserve a thousand stars, not just 5.
