Hotel Plaza Génova

I had an excellent experience at Hotel Plaza Génova Centro. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Guadalajara's historic center, making it easy to visit many of the city's tourist attractions. We will definitely be back.

It's an excellent hotel, very centrally located; its rooms deserve 5 stars, as does the service from its staff.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Although we were apprehensive due to previous reviews, the truth is that the rooms and hallways were very nice, and we noticed it had been recently renovated. We were given our room before 3 pm, the hotel's location was very good, and the service was excellent, especially from the valet parking attendants, who were the first point of contact for guests. They were truly wonderful people—rene, Christian, and Ricardo—who were incredibly attentive and helpful. They were the ones we had the most contact with during our stay.

Excellent hotel! Very modern and comfortable rooms. Onsite parking lot with valet parking. We'd definitely stay here again. The only negative was the street noise, but with the FIFA games being held in GDL, we were probably lucky to get a room at the last minute.

Remodeled hotel. Excellent lodging option in downtown Guadalajara. I'll be back.

The location is fantastic; everything felt close by. Plus, the hotel's recent renovation is beautiful and comfortable. We booked a package that included breakfast, and it was great! I highly recommend it! 👍🏻

My stay was pleasant. We went as a group and everything was excellent. They offered us breakfast included in the room rate; it was delicious, plentiful, and the waiters were super attentive. I recommend it for large groups. It's a great location, the price is right, and the hotel was spotless. We stayed 3 nights, and they cleaned the room every day, and there was always hot water.
