La Ciudadela

The green space around La Ciudadela and the Biblioteca de Mexico, a short walk from Metro Balderas, is a long-established late-night gay cruising area, most active from around 11pm into the early hours. It is worth a clear safety caveat: robberies and hustler scams have been documented here, so this is a keep-it-brief, watch-your-belongings spot rather than a place to linger.
