It's a beautiful, comfortable, and above all, super clean place. A lovely place.

This hotel has the worst customer service ever. I can't even describe the terrible treatment I received. I made a reservation through Despegar, arrived at the hotel, and was never attended to in person. I rang both doorbells without any answer. I called the numbers provided, and they hung up on me. When I finally got through on the phone, they told me they had no reservation. I asked to be seen in person to show proof of payment, but they refused. We were exhausted from a long drive from Cuautla, Morelos, at night, and this is how they treated us. It was awful, the worst.

Not recommended. Terrible service; they don't care about their reputation or their work. They charge you and then refuse to see you, regardless of the time or whether it's nighttime.

The room was adequate for a safe and warm night's stay. However, we did notice it wasn't clean upon arrival, as there was hair on the floor and the bathroom wasn't very tidy.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just steps from the Alameda and the historic center. It's a basic hotel, nothing fancy. The TV is basic; only free-to-air channels are available. The staff's service leaves much to be desired. When we arrived, the receptionist didn't know what type of room we had booked online. There's very poor communication among the staff, and they don't have clear information about the guests. We arrived and there was no toilet paper; we had to ask the receptionist for some. Another important point is that reception closes at 9:00 PM, and they give you a code to access the room on your own. If there's a problem, there's no one there to help you.
