Somewhat uncomfortable beds

Super central location with parking right in front, just one block from the Cathedral. Very convenient for exploring the historic center.

Excellent place! Quiet, comfortable, totally relaxing and in a perfect location.

I was there this week for Toyota training and had a terrible experience. The head waiter at the restaurant was incredibly arrogant, even though the restaurant is already extremely small for all of us Toyota employees. He even told me to eat breakfast wherever I wanted. On Tuesday, I had to eat standing up because there was nowhere to sit. The transportation drivers were also incredibly rude, and the vehicles are quite old. It's worth noting that the room cleaning was very good, although I could never turn off the entrance light with their awful smart lighting system. The food was also good 👍🏼 I will definitely change hotels for my next training.

Excellent hotel, especially considering the value for money. The location is unbeatable. The room was very comfortable; the only downside was the carpet.

Terrible service, I definitely don't recommend it. From the reservation with a terrible guy, to the receptionist who seemed to dislike her job, the experience was awful. She gave us a room with single beds because we hadn't paid in advance, but if you call to ask, no one is there to give that information. Even worse, when we asked about the venue, they sent us to a young girl I wouldn't trust with my party. Her speech was very rehearsed and completely inappropriate to what I was asking.

Every time I go to San luis potosi we always stay here. Great customer service the employees are so friendly and helpful. Love it and its close to everything.
