Hotel Casa Nudista

We have mixed feelings, we booked 9 nights and ended up leaving after the 5th night. The Hotel is beautiful, decoration, design, everything is nice. But as already mentioned from other guests, there are issues with the Water, it smelled like sewer as we showered. We booked a premium room and we almost couldn't sleep the first 2 nights, the A/C is right above your bed, means the room is incredibly hot and humid and only in your bed it is cold, but so cold that we were cold at night, also the condensation of the A/C was dripping right in our faces while in bed. We had to put towels on the Mosquito Net to prevent that. In the rest of the 2-story room you could not stay because of the heat and the Mosquitos which are coming through the roof and Windows (without nets and glass). After 5 nights we just left, we didn't ask for refund because we read the policy but it was worth moving to the Hotel Men Zipolite. Overall a very nice place, for the parties or a day pass (Stuff could be friendlier) but we would not stay there again.

Excellent place! This is the second time I've stayed at a nudist house, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff are very friendly. I like the 100% nudist concept where no one judges your body. The pool parties on Saturdays are a lot of fun.

It's beyond perfect—elegant, impeccably clean, and welcoming, with a super relaxed vibe and an incredible sense of camaraderie and respect. I'll always come back. Few gay places are as worthwhile as this one, and this one is a thousand times worth it.

Third time at Casa Nudista, highly recommended! A bonus is that as Costa Ricans we get a special rate on lodging. My stay was once again fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly! Our second stay. We love it there. Great location and nice environment. If you do not like noise, best to avoid the Saturday pool party. And some of the guests do not always respect the no noise policy after 10pm.

I was disappointed with the room I was assigned. I booked a premium bungalow directly through the hotel's website, where they show photos of a spacious room with a sun terrace, natural light, and a patio—exactly what I needed for my experience. However, upon arrival, I was assigned a room that, while spacious, felt like a basement with no natural light, and a patio hidden behind bushes that also received no sunlight. When I complained, I was told that the system assigned me that room randomly. It wasn't what I wanted or what I expected. Of the two days I booked, I only stayed one, and I spent most of my time in town. It wasn't pleasant; I felt confined and wanted the space I mentioned earlier, which is why I specifically sought out the premium room. Aside from that, the staff who assisted me were friendly, and the place itself is very beautiful.

I have been desiring a stay at Casa Nudista since my last Zipolite trip, four years ago. My first time at a nudity-required resort and it was very comfortable. It is a fantastic destination with friendly staff, modern resort-style pool and common areas. The rooms are clean with decor in the traditional Mexico style. They feature Casa Mexoni linens, hand loomed locally. I bought some cute shorts at the shop. The location is perfect. An easy walk to most places in town. Chizme Bar is just around the corner and always late night fun. There are many good restaurants nearby. Xhuba, Mao Mau and Oregano are favorites. My trip started with my husband and another couple staying at El Alquimista. Those three had to leave as planned due to work. I was in no rush so I stayed behind. It was perfect to move to Casa Nudista for three nights. I was a solo traveler and probably older than average age of the other guests, but everyone was friendly. I frequently talked to other guests when at the beach or the bar. In low summer season, there is not much going in town so it was nice to relax by the pool for several hours a day, then go to sunset at the beach. The Playa Del Amor is about a 30 minute walk from the hotel. The palapas serve drinks and its gay desination for sunset. I will definitely return here when I plan another trip to Zipolite.

A hotel to disconnect, reconnect, and have a wonderful time! The entire staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and friendly! I'll definitely be back!
