Old, neglected, and with the worst internet on the planet.
First, I need to clarify that I didn't pay for the room since they arranged the stay for me. Therefore, I don't know how much it costs; however, I'm generally used to staying in newer and better-maintained hotels. This is constructive criticism so they can improve the hotel.
First of all, it definitely feels neglected. The elevator inside is broken all over, with rubber marks everywhere. It's a clear sign of neglect. The neglect is also evident in other areas: the lack of paint, lack of maintenance, old carpets, old rooms, old safes, old televisions, old bathrooms. It's definitely a very old hotel. It probably had its golden years, but it's beyond repair. They need a complete refurbishment. As for the food and breakfast, well, it's very basic. To make my night a little more entertaining, one of the fish in the tank was already dead, floating in the water. I felt like I was at the Cecil Hotel for a moment. The food was always scrambled eggs, always some kind of animal protein, and always pancakes, and the juice was basically just colored water. The rooms have several problems; for example, in my bathroom, the toilet seat wasn't working, which made the sink completely dirty. I definitely wouldn't stay at this hotel again if I had to pay for it. This time, I stayed five days, and I have to say, and emphasize, they have the worst internet I've ever experienced in a hotel. Now, I have to say that the staff weren't friendly; it's not really a lack of cleanliness per se, but a lack of maintenance.
