Condado Gay Beach

I heard about this place and I ignored the bad reviews and thankfully I did because the water is beautiful and calm and I was able to do my own controlled snorkeling and I just had a fabulous day the only problem is I don’t see any public restroom like it mentions it has so be prepared for that

Very clean and quiet.

Past pictures are old. The water is disgusting here. It’s green and moldy due to there being no current. The waters are stagnant which causes the water to mold. We had to leave cause it was nasty. There were a lot of people there but it was gross. Algae all over the sea floor too!! Yuck. Never going back

Small but great beach. If you're staying at the hotel, chairs and an umbrella are provided, if you're not, you can pay for them. Small food stands are available nearby as well. Just be aware of the sea urchins, we saw quite a few under water, even some large ones.

Clean and beautiful

Initially, I was planning to go to Condado Beach, but when I asked a local for directions, they told me that the waves there were rough, and recommended this beach instead. It wasn't very crowded and was very comfortable. Beach chairs can be rented for $10 and umbrellas for $20. Payment is cash only. It started raining, so I asked what would happen to the rental fee if I took shelter elsewhere and returned. They said that if I returned within two hours, I wouldn't have to pay again.

Natural swimming pool vibe.

Nice small beach. You can do snorkeling there
